The NAS drive was sent and when it arrived the box had obviously been opened and the front cover had been damaged. I returned it to the supplier who sent it to the manufacturer, who said it was damaged, and that they couldn't do anything with it.The supplier have now responded by saying that they can send it back or dispose of it, but no money back. I have let them know what my statutory rights are in the UK as it was a German Amazon supplier, so I will see what happens, but I expect I will have to raise a Section 75 chargeback against them.Always use a credit card to pay for items....
