I was VERY surprised that the day after I attached nest box to fence I saw a blue tit 'Examining'. Must have met with approval because now we have two very happy blue tits preparing for their family!! ,About 10 years ago I purchased these nest boxes and they were very popular, that was in London I left them behind thinking they would still be needed. These boxes are EXCELLENT. Easy to erect also easy to clean.

I I expected to wait 12 months for birds to accept this new box, but within weeks they were nesting and successfully raised their chicks. No problem with predators, unlike the wooden box it replaced which was attacked by a Woodpecker killing the young with shock.G
