The birds love it, which is the most important thing, but we have had to add a bar across the gap to stop the magpies and pigeons from eating everything. We also added a perch ( a drumstick from the PS3 Guitar hero, no longer played with) to allow polite queuing, well almost polite queuing ---- no-one has ever taught sparrows or starlings not to talk whilst they are eating !!! We love the birds and added a bird bath to 'the restaurant' which they use for drinking and bathing and this seems to satisfy everyone. One installing hint which sounds ridiculous, when it was perfectly straight, very few birds were interested, once it was tilted (after my son and his friends had a small party in the garden!)

Lovely bird table, well made and sturdy. There are holes in the legs to secure it and I do think that it needs to be screwed into a base. We used a decking tile which is a square shape and this is ideal and it looks good too. Got it from Wickes for £10 and it is well worth making the extra investment to stabilize your bird table if you don't actually have anything to screw it into!The larger roof is brilliant for keeping bigger birds off and it also keeps the food very dry even in heavy rain. I also have a different type of table with a roof and the seed gets soaked very quickly.All in all a great buy and very happy with my purchase.

I received a Trixie birdfeeder and loved it so much I had to order another one! Like the other one, it arrived in perfect condition and was a breeze to put together. They both attract a wide variety of birds, not just small ones as the product description states. The first one I received stood up to the below zero Wisconsin temperatures like a champ so I didn't have any hesitations about ordering a second one. Definitely a five star product!

I was looking for a bird feeder that would work well in my yard since I do not have any trees or anything else to hang a traditional feeder on. This feeder worked perfectly, since it has it's own stand. I can also move it around easily. Just as important, it looks great and was easy to put together. I had numerous guests (birds) the first day I put it out. Both my neighbors also commented on how nice it looked. Great buy!!

Overall quality is good but the roof section is difficult to line up and instructions are not very clear. Once assembled, the bird table is solid and sturdy. Birds are unsure of a new table at first but once they get used to it will have no hesitation using it.

I came back to buy a second one, because I like it so much. The one I have now has weathered 2 years, and all I need to repair is the wood cap on top that split a bit. So sorry it's not still available. Every morning is a bird party at the kiosk on my deck!

although not cheap, its well made and easy to put together. also think the roof is brill, larger than the table so keeps the rain off the food, its also a low enough to keep the pigeons off but the blackbirds and smaller birds use it.

A great looking bird table that is something different than the norm, well made and fairly easy to put together, i am pleased with this purchased and delivered within a couple of weeks!

easy to put together,quite low ,remains to be seen how it will last,but looks good and with the low roof on the table it keeps the bigger birds(crows)off the table.

Really love this and it didnt break the bank. Clear easy to read instructions and didn't take long to put together.

Love this bird feeder! Well constructed and a lovely addition to my garden. Assembly was very easy.

the bird feeder was alot smaller than expected. and the stand could have been quite alot bigger.

Not quite pigeon proof but much better at keeping them away from the food for the small birds
