Very well made with lots of detail but as they are fixed position characters it does impede on play ability quite a bit. The harness, rider and saddle are removable from the horse but that is about all. I got this for my neice and she loves it more as a model/statue (she's animal crazy) but it means she also doesn't need to worry if her younger siblings get a hold of it too to play with as it doesn't break. I'd definitely buy her more in the range to add to her collection but not as a toy

This is a great quality toy, the rider, saddle and bridle are all removable and my 6 year old has spent lots of time using his imagination and playing role play adding and removing the bits. This toy feels really durable, the horse, rider and parts have great detailing, the rider also has moving, jointed arms. This is the first one in the collection that we have, but will definitely be adding to it and would recommend this toy to any animal lover

My daughter was really excited when she saw this toy. It is great quality so should last a long time and is very realistic. The rider can be removed from the horse and played with separately. My daughter has enjoyed it so far, although I expect she would have played with it more if she had some of the others in the set too, so I may well look at getting another one for her. Overall a good quality toy, great for imaginative play.

My daughter absolutely loves this! The horse is so life like with loads of detail and is very well made. It stands up on its own which is great, the rider is in a set position to sit so cant really be used other than pretending to ride. None the less both my 3 & 7 year old loved playing with her. Very robust could even be used as ornament for older children.

So much detail for a small toy. Even the textures are special. Beautiful exciting colours, my daughter fell in love with this horse the second she saw it. And has took it all over. Hours of fun, using her imagination to make up games and incorporate the toy into what’s she’s doing. I highly recommend schleich toys. Great for play and learning

This product has been made to look as realistic as possible which I believe they have managed to achieve.Not quite what my daughter expected when I said I had got her a horse, never the less she loves it.This model has the rider with movable arms which is new compared to old models she has.

This is a really good quality toy it is very detailed.The riders arms move and can hold the reins. The only draw back I can say to this is that the riders legs don’t move so they’re limited to play on horseback.

Simple packaging, easy to remove the plastic horse and rider. The rider's right hand holds onto the reign and the left arm is movable. Great for imaginative play and as an ornament. Suitable for ages 5-12.
