I have just had to order a second of these kettles since the first one started leaking after less than a year's use. That was disappointing, but the kettle does look good in our red kitchen and is much quieter than a conventional 3Kw kettle. When the sun is shining, our solar panels power the kettle for free. Being only 1Kw, it takes 3 times as long to boil as most kettles.

Takes more than enough water,and boils fairly quickly for a caravan kettle. Recommended
