Since I took delivery of this NAS, it developed a fault with one of the ethernet adapters. I have been told by QNAP support that I have to return it to them for repair or replacement. And here's the rub: I HAVE TO PAY the POSTAGE to send it back! I do not feel this is acceptable customer service as the item is still under warranty. The troubleshooting to identify the fault was also extremely protracted.
