So this is basically pop-up-pirate but with Olaf rather than the pirate. For that you get to pay twice the price - I guess that's the magic of Disney. That said, the game, like its generic counterpart is good fun - our three year old loves it.The item arrives with 16 plastic swords and 32 stickers which need to be stuck on the corresponding coloured swords. Our girl loved sticking these on even before we played the game.Sometimes it can be a little fiddly getting the swords fully inserted but a little wiggle and its in. Eventually Olaf does fly out of the barrell with much fun and laughter. This is no better or worse than popup pirate, but double the price. If you're not bothered about Frozen then get the cheaper alternative. However, if your child is Frozen mad like hours, then theres lots of fun to be had here!

Slightly disappointed when I opened this prior to wrapping for my son's Birthday as it is much smaller than the original Pop Up Pirate game he had some years ago. That said, I really like the noises that happen when a light sabre is placed into the barrel - that makes it more fun! One thing to note, unless you switch it on/off again before each game Darth pops up when the same slot is chosen each time. Otherwise quite good value for money and fun for any young Star Wars fan.

We've bought three of these as birthday gifts for my daughter's friends who have all been turning three recently. Every single friend has loved it and they've all dived straight in to play. It's a little smaller than I remember pop up Pirate being (could just be my age), it's 11x11x10cm ish, but the sound effects add a nice touch.I think the box says 4+, but (usual choking hazards aside) all her friends 30 months plus have had no problem with this.

My son was bought this for his birthday. It was great at first and was lots of fun (pretty much the same as pop up pirate but for a star wars fan it kept his attention a lot more).Only criticism is that after a while (couple of months) it got to the stage where even with all tools in, it would pop up every time. Was a bit hit and miss.

Great little Star Wars game that has also now turned into a favorite with the adults for a fun drinking game. Whoever pulls out the light saber that pops Darth Vader's head has to take a forfeit drink of gin and whisky mix. Be warned after the 15th time that John Williams theme tune can start to grate. :o)

Just £11 and star wars too this is the perfect xmas gift for a young boy. Cant wait to see his excitement on his faceUPDATEit kept him amused for hours and is also helping him develop his social skills with things like turn taking and losing.Would definitely buy again

My 4yr old grandson enjoys playing with this, however the battery cover requires a very small screwdriver, we struggled to find one that fits. Also the Darth Vader head was smaller than expected having used the pop up pirate game which I think is from the same maker.

Great gift to give to a boy. I bought this for my 3 year old. It is smaller than the standard Pop up Pirate or Pop up Olaf but I think it was perfect for my little one. The advantage of this one is it has sound effects when you turn it on and put in the sabers.

I bought this for my 9 year old nephew for Christmas and he loves it.The Star Wars version needs an AA battery as it plays voice sounds for added fun.All the family joined in and it was a change from staring at computer games all day.Would recommend this

Fantastic revamp of pop up pirate. I bought it for my husband, as a silly present. So far it's been loved by everyone of all ages. We love the sound effects it makes when you plunge a light saber into it, it adds to the suspense.

Classic game and the sound effects really help - would have been nice if the lightsabers where more varied in colour as the blue and purple are too similar - maybe an orange or red would have made it stand out

A game which is fun and portable. Suitable to take with you anywhere including the car, cafes or friends' houses. The Darth Vader figure pops up but does not travel too far so can be retrieved easily.

Pretty good for for a Star Wars fan (5 year old) - the sounds made are decent and pop up effect is good. Not the most engaging game though and I doubt it will still be used in a few weeks.

Great game, played this over Xmas, daughter enjoyed it, once we worked out we had to turn the Darth Vader each time before the next game, otherwise it was the same slot each time! lol..

My family loved this variation of the pop up games. There are fewer swords than in the original games which limits the amount of time to play each game. More swords please TOMY.
