Prior to using these I used the uniball jetstream pen. I believe that these are better, as they are smoother and more pleasant to write with.I used these pens for writing notes, and each lasted around a month of use, writing about 25 sides of a4 per week. The ink did not bleed through 80gsm notepaper, and dried fairly quickly (although writing on a shiny surface was a different story - would not recommend these pens for that). The tip of the pen moves smoothly and easily over paper, and makes for a great writing experience. The line it makes is slightly thicker than other 0.7mm pens that I have used, but I find that it is still a good thickness for standard sized handwriting.

I don't have particularly great hand writing, and this is made even worse when I use a biro. These pens are perfect for me, and the occasional note taking I do throughout the day.The pens come in a simple box, which is perfectly sufficient. Each pen comes ready to use except for a small plastic cover on the nib of each pen. Simply click the pen and pull it off, and you are ready to start writing.So far, all I have experienced is a smooth, easy writing experience. The ink comes out cleanly with no mess, and by the time you go to write the next line, the previous has dried so smudging is left to a minimum.I've been using the same pen for about a month,

These are my favourite pens to write with, the ink flows consistently and with ease. As a result this is a very smooth pen to use. You get a relatively thick black line and the black doesn't fade when on paper.The pens are very comfortable to write with, thanks to the rubber grip, as they do not slide between your fingers.The pen's didn't seem to last me that long, but they are all I use.The ink that comes out does stay wet for a couple of seconds so you have to be careful not to smudge the ink.Although these won't last as long as a bic, they are much more comfortable and smooth to use.

Over the years I have been nothing but frustrated at the cost involved in maintaining a decent pen. And disposable pens have never quite cut it for me, so when I bought these I was expecting the same in all honesty.What I have found is quite the opposite, the pens are confortable, even during extended writing sessions, the gel ink writes like a fountain pen but without the mess of constant refilling!I love a good fountain pen personally, but these are a great cost effective alternative for daily use in the office. I will be back for more soon! Thank you for such a quality product!

I LOVE Pentel Gel Pens.These are very comfortable to write with, even after a long period of time.I also find they write better than any other pan I have ever owned, they are smooth and a joy to use.I could go on about the weight (just right) they way they feel in my hand (just right) the quality of the ink (just right) and the experience of writing with them (just right)...Suffice to say that these are million miles from a ball point pen, and a total complete joy to use.Recommended without hesitation

I love these gel pens. The ink always runs smoothly until the supply runs out, there is never an issue with the nib not retracting or drying out. They are boxed, so easy to store the unused supply until needed and each pen lasts a good time before the ink runs out. The nibs of new pens have a little blob on the tip to ensure the ink stays fresh, which peels off easily. I switched to these a few years ago from my problematic fountain pen and haven’t looked back and just bought another pack.

I've always liked the Japanese pen brands (Muji, Pentel, Pilot, etc) for writing, as they tend to produce smooth flowing ink.The soft rubber grip makes this pen comfortable to hold, even for long periods of time, plus it's retractable, meaning there's no need to worry about misplaced pen lids. On the high street, these retail for almost £2 each, so £12 for 12 pens is a bargain!

0.7mm is the thickness I prefer, and although I used to dislike the looseness of this specific ink, I soon realised that it is much more comfortable to write with. The pen simply slides smoothly on the parer. And it does last longer than expected. Of course this depends on the kind of paper you use. But nevertheless, you will not be disappointed. I know I wasn't.

The Pentel EnerGelX 0.7mm pen is a very nice pen to write with. It is exceptionally smooth with a deep black ink that doesn't bleed or feather on standard papers.The 0.7mm tip is medium and, along with the wide pen barrels, it is very comfortable to write with.I would recommend this lovely pen and this good value pack.

My favourite colour, my favourite pens - just wish they lasted longer as I am well into my second box! However, I am an English teacher so I use them constantly, for marking, writing and at home for writing cards! Be warned, if you lend someone one of these you will have to fight to get it back!

Absolutley amazing pen, tried one and ordered these, fantastic comfort and brilliant ink.However, I ordered 12, and they came in packs of two, inconvenient and a waste of materials? Surely they can make bigger packs?Dont let that stop you though, just a little thing but otherwise perfect

OMG! As a teacher, can these pens make marking more enjoyable? (endurable, some might say)but well worth the money.Am going to keep a close eye on them in the staff room as I'm certain they'll soon disappear when my colleagues see them!Thank you too for such speedy delivery! :)

Pens write very smoothly and ink is definitely black, not washed at all. The ink dries quickly and being able to write really fast without smudging makes it the perfect pen for making quick notes in school, or even for wrtiting on your exam paper as the ink doesn't bleed,

I love these pens. They are comfy to use and a little different. My husband has nabbed some and uses a purple and a green one when he wants to have two different coloured pens. They seem to last a long while. I will be buying more as they are good value for money

Fantastic pens. I'm still using them to this day and I need to write extensively each day. My friend loves these pens too, and I intend to get a few more packs of them in the near future because they're so good! No issues and makes your writing look much better
