2nd example supplied by Amazon - better than than the first (which didn't have the Fougere pattern on - see second photograph) but ultimately still disappointing.Unfortunately the pattern on the cap does not align with the position of the clip (see first photograph), which one might reasonably expect for a pen in it's price bracket. The promotional photographs show the clip in alignment with the pattern.(Update)Having ordered a replacement from Amazon two weeks later, Amazon send me a pen with the same fault (misaligned clip) - the third faulty item sent by them - judging by the small amount of tarnishing on the barrel it is the same pen previously returned as faulty.Amazon customer services previously promised to check their stock for faults,
