Bitter clover, crunchy grasses and smooth, jammy currants. This is one of those deceptively "fresh and clean" scents that seems light upon initial application, but can bloom into an incredibly tencious and expansive scent if over applied. I like just a hint of it on my skin when I want to give the impression that I made a fussy effort getting ready :). It's distinctive and clean and would make a great "professional setting" scent.The ginger lily accord adds a touch of powdery spiciness and the cybet (I'm assuming, considering budget restrictions, that it is a replacement for civet -- I hope it is! I wouldn't want to support them if it was the real thing!) adds a velvety, animalic warmth in the base,

This is a beautiful bottle in a beautiful box and it smells gorgeous. I wasn't sure at first, as it is quite high, almost bitter when it goes on, but as it settles you get ferns, carnation, petals....it's just delightful.I've been buying a lot of small perfumes lately to find a new favourite and the longer I have this the more it grows on me.I will say it doesn't last all that long though, so next time I will buy the eau de parfum. However as a fresh, green, clean scent to refresh on a warm day, you can't beat this classic. Light enough for office and daywear too.

The only perfume I have ever worn that people ask about.Friends, and complete strangers when out shopping,seem to like it as much as me.It seems to have disappeared from shops which is a shame,but is readily available on line.Really flowery and feminine fragrance.Gres should get it back on the High St.

I bought this for my wife recently and each time that she was worn it, I have thought that it smells fantastic. I know my wife has been very pleased with it as well. The bottle is ok. The green top is plastic; if that doesn't bother you then it is one to try out.

I have used Cabotine for some years and always love to smell the wonderful frangrance. It can be used at any time as it is not too strong but it is lovely to wear when I am going out. I've had several compliments on my perfume when using it.

Out of all my perfumes this one has the most comments of what perfume is that? i love that perfume? could you write the name down for me ! its been one of my favourites for yrs since my sister brought back from France for me !!

Classic fragrance have worn it for years and always get lots of compliments when wearing it. You can't find it in the high street anymore so its great you can get it at Amazon. Great price and super quick delivery!

its a light weight floral smell. is not long lasting but hold on for a all day at work : 9 to 5i often get compliments.have been using it on and off for the last 18 years.Suitable for all ages.

Arrived quickly and very reasonably priced. Nice every-day edt. Good size to pop in your handbag. Difficult to recommend a scent to anyone as it's a very personal taste, but I like it.

My hubby bought me this as a gift and I have bought/worn this perfume ever since! Floral, great for the money and lasts all day, I get nice comments about it all the time!

I bought it for a gift for my mum its her favourite she loved it. I thought it was a great price so I bought two and delivery was great. Would recommend this product.

deliciously fragrant. light but noticeable. quite different. flowery but not strong.just lasts and lasts through the day. Second time for this perfume for me.

The scent expected, I used it many years ago and I wished to try it again. A bit too strong for me now, perhaps will better fit for the cold season.
