Ortega RU11 is a beautiful instrument with excellent tone and build quality! It's easy to play and the mahogany body produces a warm mellow sound that I like very much. Many of the ukuleles in this price class are made of laminate but this one is really solid wood all over. The included gig bag is also very good and sturdy, although I find the pale blue colour a bit strange (but that is the only con I have found).This is a concert size ukulele, about 2 inches longer than normal (soprano) ukulele. In my opinion concert ukulele is the perfect all-around size. It is big enough to be comfortable but still quite compact.

This is a very well built and attractive Ukulele. It is solid mahogany, not laminated and has a sweet and mellow tone. The finish was first class with no fret buzzing or any other issues. The supplied case is well padded with a useful front pocket for a tuner. A very good product at a good price.
