I purchased it as I already have two Musical Fidelity set ups and thought this would replace my Bose Acoustimass for TV sound but I was wrong, speech is very muffled and hard to understand even with treble on the TV boosted, the Bose was far superior in that regard.However if used for background music via Bluetooth it is fantastic, obviously not as good as either of my main setups but very good and would recommend it if that is what you are after but not to provide sound from TV, might try it with different speakers?
