For years I used turquoise ink in a fountain pen, but never found a ball point that I could use. Now I have - Monteverde do this Cross refill and also do refills for several other makes of pen, including Parker. It writes smoothly, the only minor quibble is removing the small blob of ink that accumu;ates overnight.

Beautiful bright-coloured and easy flowing ink. Makes writing fun and appears to be long-lasting. Recommend for a unique look or easily identified script.
