Bought this as an upgrade from Office 2012 which is out of support in the near future. Strangely, The way that Microsoft has packaged it means that you have to uninstall Office 2012 before installing 2019. Also I left the PC to get on with installing the product and came back to find that every component had been installed. There may have been a dialogue which defaulted to install all at some point but every previous version of Office has allowed selection of which components to install. However those are both Microsoft issues. The supplier made the download available within 5 minutes, sent a useful installation guide and the product registered on line with no problems.

Although the product is good it is no better than expectedInitially I had problems installing it as I had to remove an earlier version and this turned out to be very time consuming as I could not simply uninstall the old version but had to use another little known Microsoft utility to uninstall.Once the program was installed you had to be careful as the program kept saving the files in the cloud rather than from where they were opened originally. Once this problem was realised the programs were easy to use, especially if you had knowledge of previous versions of Microsoft Office.It is definitely not for novice users.

Fantastic. Exactly as described. Bought for my son for his pc. Available withing a minute to download and install right from the microsoft website. So all genuine download too. Installs straight away once downloaded and enter your product key code provided by the seller. Which worked first time. And as its a lifetime activation makes it better too. Do not have to keep buying product keys for it. Easy to install, just follow on screen instructions. Do not need to be a pc wizard to install. Works as it should too. Nothing bad to say really. All great.

I confess to being a cynic when it comes to a online purchasing of product codes for downloading PC Software, as I have been ripped off a couple of times. However having read the reviews from previous purchasers and given the price, I thought I would give the Office 2019 Professional Plus a try on my new laptop!Wow, seriously impressed by the speed the code and download instructions were sent to me, making it very simple to install. So far, it is working perfectly on my Laptop and as far as I’m concerned it is my on line bargain of 2019.

Fairly easy to download & install (but, then I have already done this several times before on other PC's!) - but you do need fast broadband because it's a big download!Also, and I have had this happen), you might need to use the telephone authorization route, which is time-consuming and tricky, but usually does work.Only gets 4 stars because I had to upgrade to Office 2019 from Office 2010 as the latter is approaching the end of MS support but I actually prefer it for most tasks!

the software downloaded in moments with absolutely no glitches, and the Key activated problem free.As a retired person, I have no need to run an office, but having tried out the software I have absolutely no doubt that it will do all I need it to do without any problem.My laptop is a new HP one with 8gB of memory and a relatively humble AMD dual core 2.6 gHz pocessor, but Office truly flies. It runs it much quicker and more smoothly than Open Office, which surprised me.

Received the product key and clear install instructions within a few minutes of the purchase.Link to the download location for the MS Office 2019 Pro Plus software.Took just 3 mins or so to download.Installed and followed the instructions to enter product key and activate using "telephone" but actually you do it via a microsoft website and enter the appropriate product codes.All worked perfectly.Bargain for £4.99p

I was a little sceptical, as wondered if it was legit being so cheap. I read through all the other reviews and felt reassured. The product key came through almost instantly after purchase and the download instructions were really helpful. I have used the product and it works brilliantly. A very good deal and makes life a lot easier using the downloaded product compared to logging in online to create documents.

Product is good and can only presume that it is genuine license. Relatively easy to instal although getting onto Microsoft site and finding correct place was not so easy! Once key and details entered, it started download, which took a little longer than anticipated but got there in the end. Once installed all seemed to work. Thank you.

After initially being sent a 24 character activation code instead of a 25 character one I started to become worried but there was nothing to worry about. I had a 25 character authentic Microsoft activation code within 24 hours. So all in all for the price and the product that your actually acquiring this is great value.

I’m always a bit cautious about purchasing these ‘cut price’ licences, but no problems at all with this. Needed to replace the Office 2013 that got ‘lost’ during a Windows 10 clean install on my laptop. Now have Office 2019 at a bargain price! No issues at all with the install. Bought a second, for my wife’s laptop.

I'll give it 5 stars so far. Installed exactly as per instructions, worked immediately there after. Would recommended other buyers to install via phone confirmation process to avoid the 'problems' that other people have said they have. Very happy and has saved me a bucket. Works great on windows 10.

I love MS Often and didn't want to get tied into an annual subscription. This seemed the obvious choice. My previous version was from 2013, although I'm familiar with other versions due to my work. The niggles are few & I don't expect you'd find a better format for so many business functions.

I received the key within 2 minutes of paying for it, I then entered it directly into my Microsoft account which confirmed it was genuine and then downloaded and installed the software. The key is stored in my Microsoft account should I ever need to reinstall the software.

The product at first looked unusual with the link and the websites they sent me too but everything works great with no issues, the message came within 5 mins of me purchasing, very easy to download and takes about 20 mins to complete in full. very pleased would recommend?
