This case actually replaces the back of your Lumia 640 and provides a protective cover. Very nice quality feel to the materials used. Fits like a glove. would have liked a magnetic clasp but works well without anyway.The good:This protects the camera by providing a slightly thicker back, but this makes it more comfortable to hold.the front cover feels like leather, with a very soft material inside to be used also as a screen cleaner if you slide it about a bit.The bad:could have been designed a bit better. trying to take a picture with this is just irritating. A slot on the front cover could provide a view point for the camera while also could double up as a view port for the glance screen feature.

From experience I always try and buy cases from the same brand as the phone because they fit well and are good quality. This is no exception. I really have no complaints because although I expected it to be a pain to have to flip it open every time to use the phone, you don't actually notice this in practice. I suppose it makes it a little bit trickier to use the camera but apart from film screen protectors, I'm not sure there is another way to prevent scratches and wear.

Amazing cover light weight, protective and adds virtually no extra bulk to my phone. Magnetic fastner shuts it automatically. I love it

brilliant, why they don't come with this case? fits lovely and flip cover keeps screen from being scratched, very lightweight.

Fits well as it replaces the back cover and does not make phone too bulky like some cases do.
