Brilliant. Not flimsy wood and plastic parts solid, very impressed with its sturdiness. I read the warnings the name on the box so collected rather than delivery so not a problem. Was big and heavy but managed it by myself. The inside packaging of all the surprises (doll's, clothes, furniture) was brilliant and will be keeping them as very cute in themselves. My husband and son built it (half hour) while my daughter opened all the surprises and she is delighted with it all. Some batteries are provided and some are not (you need AA & AAA). Lots of little details well thought about. The chair lift brilliant, the ice rink good, we made it with real ice. Right now I can't fault it.

Graphics on box it came in were amazing my little girls eyes lit up with excitement, she has lol dolls but now has a place for them to play and party both in the day time and at night with all the lighting features that come with this. Straight forward no nonsense instructions, easy to build I used an electric screw driver to build took 60 mins and all went together perfectly. The lights snow blower and pools are amazing for fun interaction for children along with the fully functioning ski lift

I was sceptical about this item before seeing it put together. With the large price tag I couldn’t see it living up to the pictures on the box, but I have to say it was truly a great quality dolls house when I had finished constructing it. The little features like the lights and snow machine were amazing and my daughter hasn’t stopped playing with it.Takes awhile to put together, although the instructions are very clear and easy to follow.

It was so easy to put together and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. The chalet is really big in terms of height and length but the width is quite slim so a perfect fit for the end of her bed. The furniture is great and the lights are gorgeous. The snow doesn't come out properly but thankfully my daughter isn't as fussed about that part. I would 100% reccomend this chalet to any one regardless of the price as it's so much fun!

I have only put 5* for was it worth it as my 7yo opend this for her birthday on 20th Dec and said "its the best day of my life". That comment itself was totally worth buying this. However, is the actual stuff inside the box worth it.... is say probably now. It takes a while to put together (3 hours) and is very tricky in parts. Apart from that it looks pretty good inthe bedroom, especially in the dark when it all lights up.

We bought this for Xmas and it's HUGE. It also requires a lot of assembly, so don't expect to get the box and have your kids play with it immediately. You need to build the flat-pack house. My two girls love it though, so definitely worth it. But be prepared for a few hours build-time and make sure you have enough space to set-it up, because you won't be moving it around much.

My daughter was absolutely over the moon with this, she loves that the toilet is interactive and flushes and she thinks the lights are "really pretty". When I initially bought it I didn't realise it had so many lights or a flushing toilet so those were both bonuses. She spends hours sat playing with it though, perfect for any LOL fan. Would definitely recommend.

the house is amazing its so big and the omg dolls fit it too downstairs, its very big and pretty and the ice rink is super cool, the big dolls can skate and the little ones on real ice. The furniture has furry bits too and its shoots snow in the air which is big fun..... enough said really she loves it, well built and seems sturdy enough

I have tried to avoid these dolls for couple of years now, but my daughter turned 5 and I got her this house with some dollies. They have quickly become the most played with toys, so although they're pricey, at least they get a lot of play time. I would recommend this house, it is sturdy but does need some space around it.

Took three hours to build. Lights are fiddly. Good quality and well made when finished. My daughter’s ultimate dream gift and she hasn’t stopped playing with it since Christmas Day. Despite the good quality I still feel it’s extortionately priced. My daughter is very very lucky this year!!!

Bought this chalet at the reduced price and although still really expensive- it is a lovely looking chalet and is beautiful with all the lights on.The instruction manual though is not easy to follow- definitely used the step by step 'you tube' videos instead. Will take a while to build!

Great product for my Granddaughter, however comes with snow.. ( White balls you see inside a bean bag ) its great fun for the child, however you spend ages picking up the snow. That's why its at my house and not at my daughters. My grand child has spent hours playing with this..

It's a sturdy dollhouse that's easy to build with instructions supplied.3 year old loves it, she told me to get out of her room so she can play. I take that as a compliment.Guaranteed to make a lot of mess. The "snow" will get everywhere. Your hoover is going to hate you.

Was very apprehensive reading reviews on this but I thought it was brilliant. Only took about an hour to put up and looks beautiful! My daughter was very happy. Only downside is when delivered the box has lol chalet on it so good job kids were at school when it was delivered

I thought at first this was rather expensive, but the house is wooden and very sturdy. Lots of accessories. Few dolls. Flashing toilet, light up fire place. Fairy lights all around the roof. Absolutely gorgeous. Hours and hours of play for my two daughters.
