This is awesome! My girls absolutely love this L.O.L. Dolls House.I’ve given it only 4 stars purely because the whole concept is massively expensive, a complete con and a total environmental disaster all on its own!!!But that’s just my opinion. Honestly though... for all the toys my 2 daughters have, the L.O.L. Dolls give them the most joy, they play with them for hours and hours and was the only reason I succumbed and paid the exhorbitant price for this dolls house.The truth is, this IS NOT made of wood, it is made of some kind of MDF. But it is sturdy and well made for a mass produced toy. True, some of the details on the edges are worn, the elevator is quite stiff to move and the pool area is not suitable for putting water in...

Purchased for xmas for my daughter. First I must say the box is large and very heavy. There is a transportation box(brown) with a few references to L.O.L that can be covered up if you are trying to hide the contents of the box.Once you take the brown box off then you actually see the box with all the images etc.My daughter has been a fan of L.O.L for a while and has about 15 dolls. She normally plays with them in her Barbie house, I think she will make great use of this. She has not opened it yet and we have not built it - will update and share additional photos once we have.I find that l.O.L’s are expensive for what they are, but so are most toys.

My 9 year old absolutely loves this. It's brightly coloured, huge and of course LoL's. She's spent hours playing with it. It comes with a large box for moving that is unpacked. Each room has its own box to open and unpack which drags out the excitement and fun.However, I spent over an hour of my life, that I will never get back struggling to put this thing together. I tried following the directions but 20 minutes into building it, I realised that it was all wrong. The directions were vague and extremely unclear with the drawings being unrecognisable. Resorted to watching YouTube because there was no other way.The pieces were a pain to slot together and in the end there was a piece I hadn't put in and the book hadn't mentioned it?

Product was good as described (an overpriced Barbie doll house) that my seven year old “had” to have, or else she would just die! Everything is wrapped in individual plastic bags, plastic boxes or plastic something. The outside package came with heavy damage, but somehow (and lucky for me) the doll house came out unscathed. I don’t know what could have possibly happened to the box. It was like it was sat on , by an elephant! When delivered the delivery guy said “oh yeah it’s a bit damaged, but you know what to do” and walked away.....? Well I guess in the end it worked out. My daughter is happy, my wallet is empty, and I still have no idea what to do.

My 5 year old knew exactly which kids youtube video to use while trying to put this together. She even consulted on the construction. The Special dolls that came with this have strange head design, so when you pop them off (kids always DO this) they go back on sort of squished. Normally they are stabilized at that point in the head. It would be nice to have a better design for these exclusive dolls. Otherwise, it would be 5 stars. Amazon gets 5 starts for ease of use, and quick delivery. I have not always gotten quality products when it comes to LOL dolls, but this was all good.

This is an awesome gift! Almost everything was perfect! A little bit pricey. if you get water on this dollhouse, clean it up right away because we got water on the living room floor and it turned into a stain and it won't go away. Also, the elevator is really hard to move and the line of the elevator is peeling off. That's kind of disappointing. Took us about 3 hours to make. The box comes with screws and I thought that was convenient. It comes with a helicopter pad but no helicopter!delivery was very fast. overall I think this is one of the best dollhouses. :D

Lucky enough to get this before christmas, especially with money off. For the price you pay, I think they could have used a toy truck to store the furniture in rather than a cardboard box. Haven't put together yet but all looks good so far.Read other reviews where people have treated the wood by the little pools as when water spills on it, it can damage the wood - rot/mould. Something I will be doing.Just have the task of putting it together on Christmas eve!

Give yourself a good 2 hours plus to build this and would recommend watching a you tube video showing how to assemble as instructions aren’t the best. Like most toys, it is over priced for what you get with the quality but having said that my daughter absolutely loves it and the accessories/furniture you get are great. Glad we bought it for her and would recommend just don’t expect amazing quality.

My granddaughter loves this house. It is large. However, she plays with it every day. Uses both her LOL dolls and her other figures. It is well made. A good size for imaginary play and extending her play time. A lot more expensive than many but I believe it is value for money. She chose this present too. I had not seen it advertised and went on her recommendation.

After reading a few bad reviews I still decided to buy this house for my daughter for Christmas as it was something she really wanted and she has enjoyed playing with it non stop since Christmas but i told her from the very start NOT to put water in the pool as this will soak through to the strong cupboard if splashed over the plastic pool area.

Yes this was expensive but it was my daughter’s top wish for Christmas.Reading reviews quality must be inconsistent because ours was fine. All the holes were in the right place, all the screws tightened, the stairs are sturdy. A fellow Mum and and I built it in about an hour and a half using the instructions no problem.

Mt daughter LOVES lol dolls i however am not convinced mostly they are just lots of plastic and don't seem worth the amount of money they normally cost.This house is different , its well made, has MANY surprises and most importantly for me is somewhere that can store all the other lol stuff

This made my daughters Christmas. They were so pleased to receive it. Straight forward to put together - we followed a YouTube video. Solid structure and my girls have had hours of fun playing. A must for an lol fan - it's so pretty.

This is a very large dolls house in a typically LOL style.It’s very fun with lots of nice little touches like a lamp that lights up.It is however quite laborious to build and the instructions aren’t as good as some you get.

Amazing!!! Strong and the house comes with all the parts to play with the house packaging is clever. One box is a moving truck and inside the moving truck is little moving in boxes. So sweet for role play.
