My first grinder came with one of the grinding wheels loose. On starting the machine the wheels crashed together and ruined them both. The wheel is supposed to be removable for cleaning but I didn't expect it to be left unlocked at the factory. However, the seller, Redber sent me a replacement machine without any quibble. Since then I've been using the grinder for a few weeks. It gives me the very fine grind I was looking for, although it doesn't feel as robust as the Melitta grinder that lasted me more than 20 years. The coffee grounds stick to the side of the container but a quick tap releases most of them. Also, the grind adjustment knob is too small and fiddly, and not easy to read. Summing up,

It grinds and it does it well with a minimum of fuss! A very good range of grinds to suit anyones taste and method of brewing. Filter coffee? no problem. French press? no problem. Espresso? Definitely no problem! A great machine for a great price.

Love this coffee grinder, much quieter than my other one and the grind is much better as well.
