I am so glade that I bought this little machine. It grinds all my Asian curry spices so fine and quick, much better than my other De'Longhi Coffee Grinder.I bought 2of them,1for asian spices,2 for almond, green cardamons, pistachio as topping for my asian sweet dishes.only 1thing,I wish they make it in bigger size with removable cup as you can grind only small quantities in it and can't remove the cup.cherry on the top was, I bought them on special offer. thank you argos, you are always the best

Can’t fault it at all. Looks stylish and fits the kitchen. Very powerful and good value for money. Never owned a coffee grinder before, but made the right choice with my first. Only worry is the transparent plastic cover on the top feels very light and fragile. Don’t want to think of what will happen after one drop! The single push down control button is a bit shaky too when not covered and could easily broken if not careful handled, particularly when cleaning after use. Good value for money!

This is my second one of these that I've bought - BUT NOT BECAUSE THE 1st ONE BROKE! I bought my 1st over a year ago and it's still working as good as new! It's super quick to clean and is even easier to use . You've got full control, stopping at any time to see if the grounds are fine enough for your needs. Overall it's an ace little grinder that can grind even the toughest of spices to a fine grain within seconds - including Whole Nutmegs, Cinnamon Sticks, Star Anise and Cloves with ease!

This grinder is much cheaper than a lot of grinders, but don't be put off by the price, it really does work perfectly. It takes seconds to grind coffee, it will only do smaller amounts at a time but this is not really a problem, especially since coffee should be freshly ground. The grinder is small and compact and although it only comes in white, it still has a pleasing appearance. It is easy to clean AFTER unplugging of course, with a piece of kitchen cloth. A super little kitchen accessory.

Bought this for grinding nuts and seeds, not coffee beans. It does them really well in no time. Once ground, because they are a bit damp, they stick to the machine, (not sure if coffee beans do the same). The machine cannot be washed, so I just scoop it all out with a spoon, then give it a good wipe round with a paper kitchen towel, this does the trick. Another review said buy a make up brush to clean it, I'm sure this would work too. Despite other reviews, it really isn't that hard to clean

I got to admit, I was so dumb when I got this. I got home, plugged it in and then looked for the 'On' switch - there was none. This shook me to my core, did I really buy a blender with no on-switch? I tried pressing the red light to indicate it was on, embarrassingly on more than one time as I kept rotating it to find the secret switch that would make my dream coffee dreams come true. Tried this for maybe 5 minutes, guys. No joke. Until I hit the thing, the switch is to press it down...

This is an excellent product and the price is equally as good, it has a very simple control just pop your herbs or coffee into the grinding compartment, replace the lid press the button and within 30 seconds your done, although I have only used this for herbs and 30 seconds is plenty of time to grind them up, I would imagine for coffee it might take longer but then it depends on how much you add to get ground down, overall it is very good for the money quite powerful and very easy to use.

This grinder is quite handy and easy to use.On the up side it's relatively quiet, cheap and compact. On the down-side the chamber is quite shallow which causes the coffee beans being carried by the centrifugal force which means it takes more time to actually grind the coffee.Grinder is actually id*** proof and you'd need to try hard to turn it on w/o the lead but the switch itself is quite fragile so I guess this will be the first part to break.Serves its purpose hence 4 stars.

This is a great little coffee grinder that does exactly what was advertised. The old coffee grinder that I had for two decades had to be thrown out as it was no longer working and then I came across this one. It had great reviews and was within my budget range. I bought it mainly for grounding up spices i.e. cardamom, cloves etc., and it did a great job. However, it has a small capacity but I like it all the same. I’d recommend it for grounding up both dried spices and coffee beans.

This tiny grinder is great for the price! .... It does exactly what it says on the tin, grinds!!!Its pure simplicity to use there is hardly anthing in the whole package except the base with a lid, no buttons on the base just on the lidinsert beans, turn on, blend, pour out, make coffee.Done!I suppose it would be nice to grind at slower speed, but that is the only down side.I also made note that it has never became hot even when used often.Well worth the money.

I can say it's pretty quiet , chops the coffee beans to a fine grade not used for herbs so can't comment on that It seems safe to handle as will only operate with the lid on, cleans out fairly easy, but the metal part finishes half way up the cylinder, I would have preferred it to go to the top so not to leave a join half way down .....We have only had this in use for a couple of weeks before Argos nattered for this review,so can't comment on the life expectancy

I bought it mainly for grinding nuts and seeds and will also grind home dried greens to make green powders. It grinds well most nuts, leaving behind a few bigger pieces that you have to pick out byhand and regrind or chop by hand, but that's totally normal for any coffee grinder. It works wonderfully on smaller seeds like hemp, chia, sesame and sunflower seeds. The grinder looks cute and the price is good too! I'm very happy with my new little helper.

Great grinder at an incredible price, quiet and grinds beans quickly and effortlessly. Thought because it was far cheaper then well know branded products it wouldn't be very good. So glad I bought it, Easy to use, just fill with beans, pop the lid on and press the button , easy and the smell of freashly ground beans is amazing. I recommend this product to all coffee lovers. Haven't tried grinding herbs yet but am sure it would do a great job.

I bought this because my partner purchased 6 bags of coffee beans instead of grains. I was very sceptical as I thought it would not grind the coffee accurately. Well, I needn't have worried. I grind for 5 seconds shake it then grind again 5 seconds shake it and do it a 3rd time and the coffee is perfect for the espresso machine. If you need a larger grain twice is fine. I will continue to buy the beans now. The lovely smell of fresh coffee!

Perfect coffee grinder, compact in size, great price and performs beautifully without overly complicated functions or being over engineered, film it, put the lid back on, press the button and perfectly ground seeds every time! I use it for Flax seeds and sunflower seeds instead of coffee, I couldn't fault it at all. I'm very happy with my purchase and don't regret buying one or the other more expensive and bulky ones on the website
