I've used this several times and it is wonderful! I've only had one cake stick just a tiny bit in one of the corners. If you get two, they will fit on one rack, but there is no room for 2 sheet pans under them. I use a pizza paddle to get them in and out. In the photos is a very sticky apple spice cake I made with these. Unmolding was a breeze! They plopped right out with almost no fuss. Just be careful about popping out each side evenly. The soft walls are a bit grabby.

A clever idea which does work in practice. A couple of negatives, a little expensive for what it is and my mould arrived a little on the dusty side. That said I am sure when I am all out of ideas for fun cake shapes this will come out of the cupboard and be used time and time again. Great for birthdays and valentines
