For low cost these Mackies are very good quality I have used low end speakers for the last seven years and although adequate for not much more of an investment you can have high end quality at a lower cost than you think I am using these at mid volume matched with 1200 watt low end active bass bins and the clear tones of Mackie 15 a V4 s X2 I now have more power than I need at most venues .The sound is so good including the great bass I only take the Mackies to small venues travelling light with a quick and easy set up much recommended awesome.

I used these for the first time Saturday and I must say all my punters didn't have a bad word to say about them. The chest thumping bass that comes from them is unreal. I would really recommend these speakers, I am even considering getting the 18 inch subwoofers to go with them.

I have tried virtually everything to amplify my DB. This is the answer! Add a small mixer into the back of the "Thump" it's the first time I've heard absolute clarity of the bottom end of my DB .A third the weight of my usual amp .An absolute winner! Well impressed!
