Firstly, the rules for this version are in German. Not a problem as can easily find English rules from the usual sources and there is no text on any of the tiles to hinder game play.For those familiar with Lost Cities, you will know the basic premise. This game is for 2 only and replaces cards with tiles. Tiles are laid out face down and players take turns to randomly pick a tile. They can either commit it to an expedition, save it in one of two camp slots for later or leave it on the table. There is a large element of luck as to what tile you draw, but you can see what your opponent has committed so there are elements for limited strategy.Two extra tiles include raid (allow you to either discard a tile from the table or from your camp slot - which I liked)

We have the normal Lost Cities and this travel version. Honestly the original is easier to travel with. You can just take the pack of cards with an elastic band around them. This is not worth buying as it is lots of tiny tiles, its not easy to play with either.
