Bought this few months ago ... and buying another one so I can make more in one go! We're big madeleine bakers (and eaters) at home as they are easy to make and to eat for the kids. So I've got a few madeleine forms already: 3 of normal size, and now 2 of small size. Those ones are small: one bite really. But great for little kids as easy to hold, less mess, less crumbs and they can have 2 w/o actualy having too much biscuits ... and great for adults as well. The form itself, after greasing 1st time as recommended, had no issue. If you stuff the madeleines with jam or something too sugary, then the stuffing goes at the bottom and they might stick (nutella ok though!). I grease it from time to time, when it's been used a few times or put in the dishwasher. I've recommended it a few times already. The madeleines are 4cm long (7cm long normal size).

I have already used it a few times and I am very satisfied. The quality of the sicilone is very good. The first time I have greased it, after it is not necessary anymore and you can release the madeleines without any problem, not sticking at all. One of the more important things for me about kitchen utensils is the cleaning part but if you do it in the dishwasher the result is perfect as well. The mould only has one problem, the madeleines really are very very small. You can call them "super mini".

Probably the best silicon moulds I have purchased. I use them in a commercial kitchen to cook Yorkshire puddings, they work very well, being non stick means less oil too. The only downside is they tend to wear out (probably because I use them at high temperatures) and need replacing every 4-6 months. In a household environment I would imagine that they would last much longer. Overall I am happy with the quality of these moulds.

I was lucky enough to know French, so I tried out the recipe in the booklet and it works really well. But if you don't speak French, don't be put off, there are plenty of similar recipes on the internet that would work just as well. The silicon shapes themselves are great, it's easy to get the cannelés out, and they're easy to clean.

I have not used silicone before but these worked well. The only issue is their flexibility. The recipe usually requires you to have a heated tray in the oven. Therefore after filling the moulds and transferring them to the heated tray, their flexibility can cause spillage - you just need to be aware so that you hold them correctly.

I got this in one of the daily deals.. it arrived just as I finished making the sponge mix. I had some left and decided to try, just look at the tray, I didn’t grease it I just popping in enough dough and it coooked perfectly and just pulled out the tray with minimal effort and damage to the sponges.

I was happy to bake Canneles with this mould but found problem to wash in a dishwasher.Although the description says it's dishwasher safe, it washes but the shape behind stores a lot of water if you place facing down.I wish if there was a small hole or something so the water goes away.

You just can't buy dark chocolate walnut whips any more. This mould is for canneles but I use it for dark chocolate walnut whips. It's a bit big but that's no bad thing when it comes to walnut whips.I'm now very popular with friends and family, especially around Christmas.

I've purchased both the "mini" molds and the regular size. Both are great and have their place in different meals. I've found that the mini molds are perfect to serve with a post-dinner tea or coffee. Quality of the molds seems nice and durable. Very easy to use and clean.

Does what it’s supposed to do. I do grease with a tiny bit of butter, then when I flip it upside down after cooling, the canneles fall out. I get a nice dark brown finish (might be because of the butter?). I do tend to put it on a baking sheet as it’s a bit floppy.

If you haven't made canele, you haven't lived. I was wary of spending a tenner on a mould. We now have two so we can make more. If you want a good canele recipe, try goggling Michele Roux who wrote an article in Decanter magazine.

This is fabulous bake ware.my cakes bake to perfection when I use this. The first thing I baked were Yorkshire Puddings, when I attempted to make them before I failed miserably but when I use this Muffin Mould they bake perfectly..

A lovely mould to bake with. I have made caneles twice and they have turned out just perfectly. I didn't use the recipe included but I don't think that would change the great result. Impress your friends - keep baking.

Bit skeptical when I first used these. Thought the Cannele batter would stick and cause problems getting the baked Cannele out of the mould. Needn't have worried. Canneles cooked perfectly and popped out of each mould.

Silicone cake tray. Works very well and for some reason a plate of neatly shaped cakes always tastes better !Will try the same range on next order as very pleased with it.
