I bought this disc, with Party Classics, to complete my Lips collection. I Love The 80s has a good selection of songs, some of them my favourites, but none of them you could call obscure. The user interface is good, and the addition of your avatar as a guide to mic actions is an improvement over the First disc.But I agree entirely with the previous reviewer who said that swapping discs is a pain. It really is, and unfortunately there is no way around it - not even installing the games to hard drive will work. Also, unlike Number One Hits but like Party Classics, this disc doesn't present you with the songs from the first disc by default - you have to change your library view settings to show them.The Lips series is great fun if you like to sing,

My husband bought this game and microphone for my Christmas, as I am a bit of a karaoke fan. The original disc got damaged at a particularly riotous party, so I was happy to be able to purchase a replacement one from Amazon. At first, my young kids, ages 9 and 13, and I were the only ones to join in with the singing, but at a party, my older kids, (20+) decided to give it a go. Now their friends have joined the "Lips Gang" and, to be honest, I really have to fight for my turn! I think this disc is the best of the lot, as the songs are well-known and of different genres. We have also downloaded some extra songs, but these cost quite a lot and the choice is not great. If you were only buying one game,

You sing up to 40 songs like Walking on sunshine,Gold,forever Young when you do it by yourself when you sing green goes over the notes them you shake it them it go yellow and you tip up and over combons to and when you're stuck just write a review say anything when you stuck i chould help you just let my dad know and them he tell me someone is stuck about this lips i love the 80's you can get micrpones with it or not with it like i got my microphones before i got this game i got it with the normal one hope you like the game have a good sing to it

As more collections of songs become available for Lips, the game gets more and more fun with more choices to attempt to sing to and more videos to enjoy. This particular selection revives a wide range of classic 80s tunes from Bowie to Bananarama, from Kim Wilde to Kajagoogoo, no-one who wants a dose of 80s nostalgia will be disappointed.Obviously you need to own the mikes to sing along but it's great for parties!

Brilliant. There is a wide selection of songs, but not inexhaustible.A nice one to have for a back up, but most people will not know allof these songs unless they are old (like me).The kids still get along with it, and enjoy groups like Duran Duran,Buggles, OMD and Ultravox. Whatever happened to Kate Bush andYaz, or the Alison of the Moyet?Nice to have addition. Get it. Cheap as chips.

The fun of any of the lips games is how well people know the songs and trying to beat your friends. This game just adds a few more achievements and then of course more songs. I would have liked a few more songs I knew but if you're an 80's music fan you'll love this game.

The game itself is a good addition to the other lips games.Although it was a PAL format game there was no english intructions for it so didnt know what some symbols meant but could be do with the person i bought it from on Amazon.co.uk.But all in all good game

I bought this as a present and it has been enjoyed over and over again. The songs are great, the way the game recognises when the pitch is right is amazing and it is a fun game for anyone who likes singing 80's songs!

This is a fantastic singing game. Excellent for parties. There is a very good mix of approximately 40 classic eighties songs and it is very easy to navigate your way around the game. Highly recommended.

i was new to lips but i liked the eightys so i got this game wow ive not stop singing since lol highly recommend this game i am going to try the other lips game now cant wait

Had great fun with my wife and kids, pain keep moving between this and other lips discs, come on microsoft sort it out. Waste of time and money having more than 2 mics

Such fun for everyone, especially for those who grew up with the 80's music. The more of you the better, although I have had a sing song on my own - sorry neighbours!

Its great with the classic 80s hits. I love singing the old school hits. Its great to have with a few friends and some beer to really get the party swinging.

We had a 80's themed new year, and everyone enjoyed doing lips, it has been added to the karaoke collection, was in good conduction and arrive very quickly
