Much more lightweight than it looks in the photo, but I actually like the fact that they're so easy to lift to get at papers. So while you can't see papers well unless they're on the top tray, it's easy to just lift off the trays on the top of it if needed. I have one drawer at the bottom plus two of these and one of the thin ones at the top - I find that works well except I'm too lazy to use the drawer, though it works fine: maybe I'll use it later. I have a feeling more trays in the stack might be annoying to keep stacked, since they don't register together all that firmly.On the other hand, if you're expecting them to stack firmly in place, you'll be annoyed by them. I love these trays. I love the colours and how they look. They are much flatter than regular trays though so if you had three, four of these would be the same height. I do like a bit of stationery and these don't disappoint. There is also no space between the trays when stacked so it's more solid than alternatives and I just think it looks neater.But, I got these from Amazon, not a seller, and whilst I adore Amazon, of the six I purchased, two were broken and all were dirty. Honestly, if you can buy these locally, I'd probably advise it

First I ordered the transparent one, and it was terrible. Material was very weak and prone to cracks. Half of them had a crack presumably from transit- material was no better than one of those old cassette cases.The black tray material is a lot better. Not so brittle and has a bit of flex. I presume polypropylene but I'm not an expert.These trays could still do with a true slot system though. As it is, any guides on the bottom only help you line the trays up. They don't connect them.Buyer beware...

Very well made A4 paper tray in superior construction material, slightly sloped so items do not fall out, neatly stackable, good colours in a quality matt finish. Higher sides than cheaper models enable greater storage ability. Absolutely worth paying a tiny bit more for this level of quality and appearance. Ordering more now as delivery is free, arrival is super quick and they are sensibly packaged.

These are a must!! When I purchased my Leitz letter trays (from an office supplies site) they did not suggest I needed these platform risers, I didn't know they existed...they are so easy to fit and the extra space between the trays is brillant!

I chose these letter trays for their versatility and quality. They can be used on their own or stacked without the need for any fiddly risers. Very happy with purchase. Would recommend.

Great for desk tidy, A4 letter tray in black with a matte finish. I picked these trays as you can stack the trays, I ordered these to keep the children's desk tidy and organised.

I ordered these risers to use with my orange Leitz letter trays and they work really well together.A great gap in-between to fit all of my paperwork. Impressed for sure.

The trays fit well together and give good access to the contents but are reasonably compact so that you do not end up with an imposing leaning tower on oyur desk.

I like it very much, It is very useful to tidy and store my papers. The delivery was very fast. I recommend it to everyone who needs an item like that.

Used this for keeping small bottles of aromatherapy oils, keep them neat! Lots of uses for these trays, would definitely recommend.

This is a great item to keep my sons work neat in a pile. Not as big as a normal tray which is what I wanted

Does its job holding paper for my printer. Good and deep, feels thick and sturdy so I won't just snap.
