Only tested it out so far on A4 sized paper, but it seems to do a great job! Set up is extremely simple - all you need to do is place the laminator on a stable, flat surface, near a plug socket. Plug it in, press the large `ready' button. The 'ready' button starts to flash red, which means that it is warming up. After about 3-4 minutes wait, the 'ready' button will turn green, meaning it is ready to go.The laminator comes with 3 A4 laminating pouches, and 2 A3 pouches. Simply slide the page/photo you want laminated inside the laminating pouch, and feed it into the green part of the machine. You only need to feed it in a small amount before the machine starts to take in it automatically.

I work with children aged 7-8 years old and we purchased the iLam for use in the classroom.The children especially like the machine because the top is bright green!We are able to let the children laminate their own work with very little supervison as it is so easy to use.When switched on the light is Red and the children know that like traffic lights, Red means STOP and when it turns green they can GO!This particular model is A3 but also laminates A4 so great value for money.The auto reverse function on the machine is to stop any jams, which means a days work doesn't have to go in the bin! Other machines we have used in the past have jammed with the document inside,

I am a secondary school Food Technology Teacher. For a long time I have laminated all recipies I use in my classroom but always found this a cumbersome, frustrating task!No more!!! I invested in the Ilam laminator and never looked back!Not being technical I can't express my delight when I realised even I didnt need to look at the instructions. I simply took it out of the packaging and turned it on. No settings to worry about. The power light was red, which even to my simple mind meant 'stop'. Within a few minutes the light turned green (go!!) and I was producing, perfect everytime, laminated recipies.100's of sheets later and still not a melt, stick or crease in sight!I loved how simple this machine was,

The proof in the pudding for a good laminator is, to my mind, two-fold: does it laminate well, and does it do this over a period of time.I can't comment on the latter as I've not used it much nor had it long, but it has certainly been excellent at sticking down all parts of the laminating pouches, whereas other machines I've had were less even in this respect. It also handles A4 and A3 equally well.The fact that it has a release button is great, because if you ever get a crease or a jam, you can use the release button to pull the pouch out. Again, I've had other machines without the release button, and trying to get out a mis-fed pouch was a nightmare.I especially like the colour,

The iLam is an idiot-proof laminator. The machine comes almost ready to go so you don't have to worry about trying to set it up. It is a very compact machine considering it can laminate A3, although it is quite heavy. It's quite simple in appearance and I like the white and green design. The machine is very easy to use in that you just put your paper in the laminating pouch and feed it into the machine. The machine than does the rest. I found it worked very well and didn't jam when I used it. I only tried laminating an A4 document, but laminating larger documents does not appear to be any more complicated. I would certainly recommend the iLam if you want a simple and robust machine.

Absolutely thrilled to bits with this laminator. I needed to replace an A4 laminator with an A3 one and this does the job nicely. It's really compact and stylish looking and works straight out of the box. Plug it in and switch it on and away you go. Heats up quickly and laminates perfectly. It laminates quickly. I haven't had any clogging issues with it. Anyone could use it. It's not a high tech bit of equipment but it does what it says. It is great value for money from a reputable stationery manufacturer. Highly recommended.

I have just recently purchased this Laminator and it is the easiest way to laminate. I love the look of the machine, its simple to use and I even got free pouches in the box! It literally is just switch it on and you are ready to use. The design of the machine means that you do not get any crinkles or bends in your laminated items.I would definitely recommend this Laminator!

Excellent value for money. Really good for home/small office use. Warms up quickly, quiet and simple to use, speed fits approx. with the speed a person can prepare pouches. Excellent result. Just make sure that laminator is placed a little high, so that finished pouches drop completely out of the machine; otherwise, it slightly buckles the bottom bit of the laminated paper.

Had a laminator that lasted for years, so wanted a good one to replace it. This one did not disappoint. A nice design, easy to use, does a good job and should last for years.

Have bought a few over the years and this is one of the best.Got it wrong at first and was thinking it was no good. Second time round it was perfect and has been ever since
