This pen is fantastic to write with. I have used it almost every day since I have bought it, and it is worth every penny. It is a well made pen, and very nice if you're looking to upgrade from a Lamy Safari or All-Star. If you choose to write with the lid posted on the end of the pen, it feels quite heavy - it was too heavy for me so I just left it off.It also came with a Lamy converter if you wish to use bottled ink rather than cartridges. I was very pleased, as I much prefer to use bottled inks.The pen is a beauty to write with - really responsive and writes a very clear line. It's comfortable to write with, and is perfect if you want to upgrade but don't want to spend a lot on the premium pens.

I have owned this pen for about 3 months now and I love it. It writes so smoothly and the result is that I find writing a pleasure rather than a chore. The ink cartridges last a long time between changes, and there is none of the mess you sometimes associate with ink pens. I love it so much I am thinking of buying a second to have a black and blue ink pen. The weight feels just right in my hand. Well done again Lamy.

I use this every day at work and its a fantastic little pen. Unlike some of the more expensive pens I've owned in the past the lid is very secure when you put it on the back which makes it great for work. Its slim, light and doesn't trouble your shirt pocket.

The usual exultant LAMY standard ,apart from aesthetics ( the casing looks good ) the pens with plastic casing are better value so you have to ask yourself is it worth paying double the price ?Hence the 4 stars!

I like this pen, I find it comfortable to hold as it is not too heavy, easy to control and the cap fits very snugly(clicks into place).
