Very sturdy, safe car seat. My 8 m/old sits comfortably in it. I love that it will fit him until 12 years, great value for a relatively low cost.Only niggle with product is the Stage 3 fittings. Looking in the product manual, it appears to only fit a minority of cars for the S3 position. Our car is a 2012 Seat Leon. Although a bit snug, we were able to fit the seat in Stage 3 position fine. Also a bit awkward to get my son in due to restricted headroom but probably due to car size, not seat.

The colour advertised is Two Tone. All other sites selling this states it’s Two Tone Black. In the Q&A an Argos staff member answers that it’s Two Tone Black. The pics Argos are using shows the Two Tone Black seat but they are actually selling the Ember coloured seat. My advice would be to look up the Ember coloured seat before purchasing because this will be the seat you get & not a black one. Needless to say I’m pretty annoyed by this but nothing wrong with the seat quality/functionality.

We bought two of these for my 1 year old and three year old mainly because they had good reviews and we wanted a robust group 3 seat that still reclined for my 3year old. Both children love the seats, they look comfortable and good quality. My only niggle is that you can only recline seat before the child is sitting in them so you have to predict whether they are going to sleep. However both children have slept in them in an upright position and their heads have remained well supported.

It was difficult to found out how to move the sit belt to fit the child in at the 0+. I eventually found it. It was button under the baby sit cloth. It was sliver but the information was showing a red button. My child felt comfortable cos he fallen sleep all the time. The other car sit I brought kept crying. this product is perfect for my child. its worth the money cos it will last me up to he is age 0+ to 12yr. It well depends how big he will get. Thanks to joie for great car sit.

Bought this after our baby carrier broke, wanted something to last for as long as possible and didn’t cost the Earth. My husband fitted the car seat and said it was abit fiddly (but all car seats apart from isofix are fiddly). Lovely design and colour. My baby does fit into it rather snugly so looks abit uncomfortable to begin with but soon settles and she looks a lot safer now as she looks very cushioned. Head position is good and doesn’t flop forward. Amazing price too!

After much research and reading many reviews, I went for this car seat. Not only was it a very competitive price, it is great quality too. The only downside is when it is rear facing as it does take up a lot of room, so in a smaller car the front passenger seat has to be pushed forwards which restricts comfort for this passenger. However, I will be turning mine round at 9 months to forward facing, so this small inconvenience will be resolved. Easy to install rear facing.

Love this! My daughter is 12 weeks old and her head kept flopping forward in her 0+ seat. Her head hasn’t yet flopped in this one and she looks very secure and comfortable.Took me a couple of attempts to figure out installation but once I figured it out it was easy. Great price for a seat that will last a long time.Only disadvantage is that it takes up a lot of room and doesn’t leave much room for front passenger. Also would be an added bonus if it could be isofix too.

We brought this chair for our 9 month old daughter and so far she seems very comfortable in it rear facing. We haven't used all the inserts as they are designed for a newborn. Love that it will last her all the way through needing a car seat so only have to buy one. Easy to fit in car too, only down side is position of seat belt you have to lift them over to get in car seat which is fine now but not sure how easy will be when she is bigger in rear facing position.

This is our second Joie Car Seat. Its easy to set up in the car, instructions are easy to read and follow. I like the fact that it supports our little one's head very well when he sleeps in the car because of the head support. Its also very easy to clean off any spillages, etc. It's durable and if you want a car seat that will last you the duration of your child needing a car seat then I will definitely recommended this one.

This is a great quality seat but l have found it very tricky/difficult to fit in the car - Audi A3 saloon. I suspect it's partially my awkwardness but it really is difficult to fit in the car, perhaps l am over thinking it! Having said that the quality, comfort and safety aspects are brilliant, l would still buy again if l had too. Just engage the services of someone who perhaps has one to help the first time you install it.

The Joie seat is very adaptable and seems well built (as it should be, as it's not cheap). I did find it quite difficult to fit into the car for a rear-facing toddler grandchild. Hopefully it will be easier in its forward facing mode for older children. If it's fitted behind the driver's seat in rearward facing mode, the seat needs to be quite far forward which could make it difficult for a driver with long legs.

Bought for our 10 month old who is too tall for his up-to-15-month seat. He immediately looked more comfortable. Very adaptable seat. Lots of adjustment with a couple of reclining angles plus very moveable headrest, yet very easy to set up. Pretty easy to install in the car, and can be rear facing til he's 18kg, then forward facing. We bought another for our second car, and one for Granny's!

Love this car seat. I have it for my 3 year old and 16 month old, both still rear facing. The seat is really comfy and provides great support. It's really worth the money as it lasts for years. Parts of the seat can be taken out and washed and even just cleaning with a damp cloth brings the seat up really clean. Perfect from birth and I'm sure will carry on being perfect for teenage years.

in terms of quality this is fantastic product . A bit expensive and it could do with a bit of instruction especially for the extra cushion you get and how to fix it. Another design flaw is that the seat cannot be placed at an angle forward facing. It has limitation. My previous Joie had more adjustments and you could put the toddler in a sleeping position. quality is really good and comfortable

This is a great car seat and is honestly comfortable for my daughter. I know most people would be tempted to go for the cheaper versions but this is worth the money as its strong and made of high quality materials. A great plus is the multiple recline positions which means you can tip it back to stay the infants head leaning forward while you drive and avoid a sore neck and crying infant.
