We have two isofix seats that keep my boys backwards for as long as we can for safety.However this has meant no one ever takes them anywhere because I struggle to get them In and out of the car. I bit the bullet and got these for short journeys. And they're great. They're light. Pretty quick to get in. Easy once in. Boys seem comfy. They like their drink holder too. I find it pretty hard to lengthen the straps though especially if they're in. Maybe they'll ease in time. Very happy I got them

My son loves this car seat but as a parent it can be very frustrating!.when the seat is strapped in to the car it is very easily moved. for example when pulling the pully to tighten the straps, the bottom of the seat pulls out instead of staying strong to the chair, also another bad point... it is very hard to tighten the straps with the pully, it is very easy to make the straps loose but stupidly hard to tightening them again. The look and price is good but the design could be better

When I saw this seat, it seemed to fit everything we were after for my daughter. It has a detachable washable cover, a three point harness and will last her. The only thing I would suggest they add is isofix clips as to secure it to the car seats themselves. I find this really useful and secure with my other daughters seat. Its also quite hard to tighten the straps without the seat moving which is why I believe it would benefit from these clips. Overall satisfied with my purchase.

This is the second car seat purchased over 3 months.... grandma duties require car journeys !!! Thought I would spend the extra on this one and pleased I did so.Instructions for fitting are clear . Grandson loved the comfort and I was pleased that i didn’t spend half an hour trying to do up the harness!!!Only drawback is actually the cup holder which has a tendency to fall out and if the seat is positioned behind the driver’s side, the child can knock it when getting in/ out

Light weight and very easy to fit. I bought it as I need a light weight seat for travelling and I liked that this seat has 5 point harness as my son is still young. Although not quite 3, my son is quite bulky and only just fits into the 5 point harness (if I remove his winter coat!) the seat seems comfy, he’s had a few long journeys and a couple of sleeps. If it is specifically the 5 point harness you need, be aware.

We bought this car seat for our grandson who is two and a half. We paid more to ensure we got something as safe as possible for him and which he could use as he grows. This is a really good, safe and comfortable car seat for him which he'll be able to use for quite a few years as he grows. Only slight downside is that it's slightly tricky to fit but once it's fitted, it's perfect.

Good value for money. Child fits in snuggly and it looks good too. Only issue was the initial connection of the two sections as you have to push down very hard to get the two tab hooks to 'pop' in, the instruction weren't that clear on this. The strap adjustment was easy once you've locate the spring tab button below the base covering, again, not that clear on the instructions.

This is our second Joie car seat, we have another baby on the way so we have purchased this one for our eldest (1) year old, she is quite happy facing forward in it. We have 4 Joie products and we are very impressed and happy with all of them, they are great quality, eash to clean and they literally think of everything. I will always have this brand.

Bought as a 'follow-on' seat for my two and a half year old granddaughter.She is happy to sit in it . It is easier to carry and fit in the car. It was a bit complicated for two older people (pensioners) to fathom and fit in car at first but now perfectly manageable.The only criticism is the cup holder keeps falling off - flimsy badly designed.

This car seat is lightweight and easy to fit. When constantly moving seats back and forth between vehicles this seat has made what was a time consuming and difficult job, quick, light and easy. Whilst keeping all the safety aspects of a bigger seat. My son loves the comfort of the seat as well as having his own cup holder.

We bought this to keep in our car for our two granchildren to use. We were looking for a quality,comfortable but inexpensive car seat, but most ofnyhem were over £100. My daughtrr told me about this seat fo i grabbed it quick while it was on offer. Thank you once again Argos for providing good quality, inexpensive items

Bought for my small 4 year old a couple of weeks ago, love the option to still have 5 point harness and then be able to remove harness have the seat grow with her. Good sturdy seat, seems safe and well fitted. Easy installation, harness buckle is a little tricky and stiff sometimes but I expect there’s a knack to it.

My son absolutely loves his car seat, he said it is comfy and was all exited because it can hold his water bottle. Super easy to fit and a great size for the back of my car as I also have to fit another two stage 1/2 car seats. Never been disappointed with any joie car seats and this is one is no exception

My 4 year old loves her new car seat. Once I worked out how to remove the straps, it’s really easy to install (literally throw it into any car), make sure the head rest is the right height, strap them in using the seat belt and off you go. Good price and a trusted brand that I have used twice before.

Absolutly love the car seat very easy to fit and great value for our family for a 2nd seat. My only issue is that the manufacturer states this is for toddlers over 1 and also 9kg plus but the seat is too big for my 16 month old who weights 10kg who is that small so you may need to keep that in mind
