This is the equivalent to the Canon Lens Hood LH-DC100 and Canon Filter Adaptor FA-DC67B, which I have used on my Canon PowerShot G3X.I’d love to be able to compare them to the genuine Canon parts, but I’ve been unable to source them for the last six months!The adapter ring and hood fit perfectly and do not cause vignetting.This is my point and shoot camera for family outings and it gets passed around, having the lens hood on helps protect the lens from knocks and sticky fingers!Great quality and highly recommended.

This fits the Canon G3X brilliantly and is just as good as the rather more expensive Canon one. Personally, I think its a bit naughty that Canon don't supply a hood when almost all other competing cameras come with one. But they don't. You can't even fit a filter to the G3X, but this hood with its filter adapter lets you acomplish that too. It is excellend value for money.3 pictures attached. Hood on in storage/reverse mode. Hood off showing attachment/adapter. Hood on in normal mode. Hope that helps!

My camera is a Canon SX50 which is why I ordered this Lens Hood, however, the fitting on my camera lens is threaded, the lens hood supplied is a Bayonet fitting and consequently will not fit, it even states on the products box that it is suitable for this camera, but unfortunately is not suitable so has been returned for a refund.

Competitively priced third party lens hood/filter adapter system for the Canon Sx60hs bridge camera.It does the job well.Early days yet to objectively comment on the item’s durability but so far so good.
