small and simple to use just plug and you should get a notification to explore or eject, worked fine with micro sd card up to 128gb, was able to copy and paste direct in to my album folder, needed it mainly to move video from my camera/sd card to edit to Youtube.Be aware that watching the video back in Album on android results in playback with no sound, however after putting it in PowerDirector to edit it played back with sound no problem.Spot on for the price and convenience of not having to carry a laptop around to transfer files from my SD card

I can take pics on camera and then download straight to Photos on the ipad pro using the usb c to sd connector so exactly what I bought it for! Not sure if it's the apple software limitation but tried to transfer a pic file from mac to card then upload to Ipad pro and didn't recognise... despite same file and name format?? However no probs taking card from camera and straight to Ipad pro to upload pics and video

Product works well as described - connects to both my phone and tablet - very pleased.However, Amazon's customer service on this order was appalling - I ordered for local collect - but that delayed delivery to 12 Sept (sic). Then I had to cancel an item and reorder it to get the rest moving at all. Ordered on 1 Jul, promised delivery 4 Jul, actual delivery 10 Jul - not good enough Amazon,

Having just purchased a new iPad with a USB C connection, I needed a replacement for my old card reader with lightning connector. Having seen the Apple USB C version at £39, I decided to look around. Thankfully, I found this and it works perfectly. I have used my previous card reader mainly for backing up photos from my camera SD card to my iPad and I will do the same with this one.

Just bought a camera, so needed a way to the pics off it and transfer to my phone without using laptop, so bought one of these for my samsung. Works amazing, easy to use, good fit and although I didnt see it stated anywhere, it comes with an adapter for a micro SD so make sure you look in the box after taking out the wire as almost binned it. Recommend this

I bought this to get photos from my Fujifilm XE3 to my newly bought iPad Pro 2018. It does the job just fine. I think it doesn’t work for some people because unlike Windows iOS don’t indicate that it’s detected something being plugged in. You have to open the photos app, or on iPadOS 13 (I’ve been running the beta) and import the photos from there.

Used it once, when wanted to eject it out of the macbook, only the plastic thing went out, the metal one stayed inside. Took me a while to get it out of the type-c port.Upd. Customer service reached out to me within a few days and replaced the defective item. New one seems to be of a good quality. Overall I'm satisfied with my experience.

Wow. I hadn't realise how easy it was to transfer photos from my DSLR camera onto my phone for ease of editing. I have not appreciated a product this much before. Comes with a microSD adaptor to suit the needs of people using a microSD. An extremely convenient and versatile product, 10/10

This is a great compact item! Prior to getting this USB-C to SD Card Reader I was lugging around a laptop to transfer large files on my SD card but with this gadget it simply plugs into my mobile device and 'hey presto!' A very handy thing to have and worth every penny.

Item works perfect. Bought a phone without an SD card and needed to transfer data from my SD card to my new phone. Was quick and simple to set up and worked quick. Would highly recommend. Build and quality of item is perfect comes with everything you need

Being able to transfer my camera's photos from my SD card to my phone using this cable is a huge benefit for me. I can also back up the photos to my cloud account too, which my IPad isn't able to do anymore. It works a treat so am a very happy bunny.

I edit my wedding photos on my phone and find this is great for transferring photos to people on the day of the wedding and just generally for myself. I bring it on holiday if I want to upload to socials on the go and it's so compact. Really happy.

There was a confusing array of readers and I wasn't sure which one to buy. This one fits my Mac Book pro 2016 model. It is brilliant, even I could use it without instructions. It makes life so much easier. A very good price as well.

Bought this to upload pictures from the SD card in my DSLR direct to my devices rather than having to use my computer. Plugged into my phone and it worked first time. Very easy to copy the pictures from the SD card into my gallery.

I bought this adapter to download pictures to my new MacBook. It works perfectly and looks as good as any of the Apple products at about a third of the cost. Excellent value and prompt delivery from the supplier.
