This siphon is awesome. I love it. Love the style, the crome finish, being able to see inside it. Really easy to use, for fizzy water right to the last squirt. My Dad, who has a Isi siphon actually prefers this one!Edit a few months later...For some reason my syphon now leaks a little when shaken. It still maintains the fizz to the last drop but leaks water at each shake which is annoying. Wonder if it's just a fault with mine or a common fault?

I like the way it looks its made of polycarbonate so its extremely light in weight as opposed to old style glass syphons although glass is better than plastic but as with all these soda syphons they all do not keep & hold their fizz for long therefore you end up going through plenty of Co2 bulbs which aren't that cheap so my advice to you is buy them in bulk it works out a lot cheaper in the long run

This syphon does exactly what I needed it to do - make and dispense soda water. The instructions say not to add anything but water which would be pointless because that would be sparkling water not soda water. I add half a level teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda which works perfectly.

With its slightly retro styling this siphon both looks attractive and performs well. It's strong and should provide years of service. Top marks.

It is stylish and appears robust. use of the disposable CO2 cartridges concerns me from a cost and recycling aspect.
