Really like the simplicity of Soda stream - it works really well and is quick and easy. Its lucky it is however, as the instruction booklet was in German! And I'm not sure if there is any general maintenance/cleaning that needs doing that I'm not aware of?!!It does seem rather strange that most people (myself included) who want to buy a Soda stream because of the benefits of then not buying fizzy water/drinks in plastic bottles and yet the bottle that comes with it and the Soda stream unit itself is made entirely of plastic. I would prefer a more expensive metal/glass option. I also don't like to look at plastic in my kitchen... I would have rated that 5/5 then.

I've always wanted a Soda Stream machine and now I have one, it is great! It's quick to set up and easy to use. It looks sleek and stylish on my kitchen counter and does not take up much room at all. As we don't really drink plain sparkling water so we have bought some Soda Stream syrups. We mainly use the last setting to make the water very carbonated and feel this works well with the syrups. We have also bought extra Soda Stream bottles (pack of 2) to store our carbonated drinks in the fridge.

This has been the best addition to our kitchen, we have used it everyday at least once! Easy to setup straight out of box, only need to attach gas canister, less than 2 minutes. Comes with a range of plug attachments for every country. Looks super sleek and takes up little to no space. Very sturdy and looks great quality. Super easy to use just fill water bottle and clip in. Water beautifully sparkling on 1st level, even better on 2nd level and super fizzy on 3rd. Do your self a favour and buy!

I’d read In reviews people had got water everywhere and this happened to us the first time, but follow the instructions properly and this does not happen! The whole family love using the soda stream and brings back fantastic childhood memories! You can get the cordials etc but to be honest we love ours with just squash added to it, tastes just like fizzy orange you can buy. we’re cutting down on plastic and you can return the canisters also. Only gripe is it’s too tall to go under my cupboards.

I bought this to replace a manual soda stream on which a tiny but essential plastic part had broken. This model is so much better!! It's really easy to use, produces a consistent level of fizz and entices me to drink much more water. If you have had an older version the bottles will work but I found there were a few drips which do not occur when using the bottle supplied with this model.If you are trying to make up your mind between this and manual versions I would definitely recommend this.

This sodastream looks fab and fits in well with any decor, I love that there is 3 fizz options available depending on your taste. Only one bottle is supplied and there are no flavour drops to sample which was a bit disappointing. Instructions were clear and easy to understand with no more than 5 mins work to have it up and running. Though i do think it is priced rather hefty for giving this extra fizz but all in all a good piece of kit if you love your fizz and wanting to cut out calories!

This soda stream kit is just awesome!You can make bubbly water and drinks in just seconds!It is totally family friendly - my kids just love it.Soda Stream is easy to use. You have three different strengths of bubbling - small - one drop, medium - two drops , big bubbles - three drops. It looks luxury!For me medium, for my kids one drop, but my husband love big bubbles - so three drops.I totally recommend it. It is also ecological - you will not buy a plastic bottles again!

Having nowt owned or used a soda stream for quite a few years i wasn't expecting the one touch to be so up to date and modern looking. The buttons on top let you pick which level of "fizzyness" you want in your drink and this is a great feature.The design fits in well we had it up and running in minutes no faffing! My only small negative is that it is too tall to fit under cupboards but as its looks so good and is quite slimline it wasn't a major hassle finding it a place to live!

Looks great. Can definitely tell the difference between the 3 stage of fizz. The lowest fizz option was fizzy enough for the children so kept it a healthier option. The instructions were not great as only pictures and states press twice for fizz but mine was only allowing one press per fizz. But worked great. Bottle was a little fiddly to attached but again this was the poor instructions. Have had soda streams before but definitely recommend the electric one.

This is fairly easy to use, although it took me a few attempts to stop the water from spurting out when fizzing the water! The instructions are somewhat lacking, but easy enough to muddle through with a bit of common sense. The end result is lovely fizzy water, which can be turned into a variety of delightful drinks. Much healthier thank the shop bought versions. And you get a bottle included, which I keep filled in the fridge. Happy to recommend.

Bought this as it was such a good price and wasn't disappointed my wife and I like sparkling water with lemon juice for me and this makes great drinks, keeps it's bubbles and helps the planet by not buying and carrying all those plastic bottle. Not sure of the cost benefit so far compared to my usual buying but at the end of the day, every little helpsPS I'm not a 'tree-hugger' just a relatively normal consumer.

For anyone getting fed up with buying dozens of plastic bottles of carbonated water this is the perfect addition to your kitchen appliances. One touch ease of use, with three levels of carbonation and no empties to throw away. Additionally, those who are so inclined, can add flavourings, however I like my water plain and this tastes as good as any of the bottled varieties. Definitely worth the initial layout.

This is the Sodastream which you need to plug in. I bought it to reduce our plastic use but was worried about the reviews of sodastream not making water particularly fizzy. I am. delighted to say that with this model we have not found that to be the case. Once made the water goes in the fridge and it retains its fizz for two days - I don't know about longer as we have drunk it by then! Very happy with purchase.

I'm so pleased with this product, it's well made and so easy to assemble and very easy to use, I was a little apprehensive as I usually rely on my daughter or son in law to set these things up for me but obviously that's not possible at the moment but I needn't have worried I just followed the diagram on the sheet, I have used it every day and am so pleased with this purchase I wish I'd bought one years ago

bought this in a bid to cut down on plastic waste and to curb a craving for fizzy water that I’ve had during a pregnancy. It is bigger than I had imagined but never the less it’s got it’s slot in our brand new stylish black kitchen and fits in perfectly. It’s being used every day so we’ll get our moneys worth fairly quickly. I know a few people who own a soda stream and all agree it’s a GREAT item to have.
