Can't really complain on this one, I thought it's a great product, mine came only with German instructions but it wasn't hard and the internet has information on it if you really struggle. Only bad point was I had it delivered by FedEx and it took them about 2 weeks to get it to me as they couldn't find my address.I kept calling them to re-arrange delivery with clearer instructions on where my door is, but they didn't do anything, just kept saying 'yep we'll do that right now', eventually enough badgering got them to send it and when they did it was super fast, but overall a disappointing experience from FedEx, however the product itself is cool - fizzy water all the way and it tastes great too,

Been using for a few weeks now to prvide me with my mildly fizzy water fix. Works really well. Really please at the number if plastic bottles we’re no longer buying. Still on first CO2 cartridge so can’t comment on how long it’ll last. Should make 60L of water if you charge each bottle with CO2 3 times. I only charge each bottle once as 3 times makes over fizzy water.

Easy to set up and use. Makes great sparkling water. Very pleased I went with the model with glass bottle and bought a spare bottle also. Two great results from this purchase - less plastic in the recycling, and I am drinking more water every day. Black colour is smart and more like a very dark grey.

The best feature of sodastream crystal is the glass bottle, making this more environmentally friendly and reusable. However, the unit itself is quite bulky and a bit heavy to move about. The bottle is also rather small so it's the sparkling water is often insufficient.

I purchased this for my mum. She has arthritic hands. The mechanism is ideal and she finds it easy to use. It’s a lovely design and looks great on the side in her contemporary kitchen.I would highly recommend this product.Makes fizzy water quickly and easily.

Easy to use - just needs a bit of downward pressure to close it - with highly enjoyable results. In addition it is environmentally friendly- have stopped buying water. Bottle is made of glass and allows to carbonate around 600 ml of water.

Easy to install gas, easy to use. No leaks at all (unlike other reviewers). Stays fizzy for ages. Glass bottles are great in dishwasher - recommend you buy an extra one as well.

Very happy with purchase, it took a few trial bottles to get the perfect fizz but now we are well impressed. It will be interesting to see how long the co2 lasts.

This is a great product to reduce my singlenuse plastic. The water only need s one ‘puff’ to be fizzy enough and the bottles can be brought straight to the table

I am happy I decided to buy this soda stream. It looks fab and it is working very well. The water in the bottle is fizzy even after 24 hours.

Quick and efficient. First one I've ever had so not sure what others are like to use. Small footprint on worktop although needs space above.

A well designed product that will look great in almost any kitchen. Simple to use and maintain, and it creates the perfect sparkling water!

Lovely fizzy water and easy to add cordial to for flavour. The glass bottle makes it easy to transfer to the table and still look well.

Great Sodastream that seems more powerful than the others. I love the fact that drinks are in a glass bottle. Love this!

We wanted to reduce single-use plastic and a sodastream seemed the ideal solution. We're very happy with this item.
