The colour choices looked good - I went for the black and grey. When the Green and black box came, on unboxing you can tell these are something quite special. The sole, especially around the heal feels solid and well planted but with a decent amount of give when striding.

i previously trained in the version 1 of this shoe, and the version 2 is updated nicely to have a little more support all around the shoe esp. around the sides and around the ankle/collar its been stiffened up. Its a great gym shoe it lets me just do what i do when im working out and doesnt get in the way. They really shine doing plyo type stuff and movement. As far as running, they do pretty well id keep them on the treadmill though.I really like the fit of inov-8 shoes. i have several pairs and i recommend them, except my one gripe is they fit LONG, like extra room in the toes id prefer to be without. Especially with these. If you hold them up against the version 1, they are a half size longer straight up.

I use these exclusively at the gym. They are supportive enough for lifting weights, but they really excel at any muscular endurance activity such as cross-fit or circuit training where the support and lightness of these shoes is a great benefit. I use them for plyometrics too and they are really great.I usually warm up at the gym with a 20 minute run on the treadmill. On such a soft surface and for short time - these are fine, but if you run longer at the gym or if you run outside then you probably want to look at other options.Oh and bright lime green is a great color - very fun - means I wear them more and get to the gym more too. A shoe and motivational aid all in one !

Got lots of compliments on the bright green color. Wore them to my kickboxing class, which they seem perfectly suited for. I love the "zero drop" factor. it's sort of like a car with very tight suspension. You really feel everything on the floor, every bump. Probably not suited for running or long walking. Not the most comfortable compared to my Reebok Nano 2, which is also a C/T shoe, but for performance in the gym and style, and price, these are great.

I love everything about these shoes! They fit perfectly - snug but not too tight. I get arch support but I love the minimalist feel low profile. They are also extremely durable for being so light. I do a ton of plyometrics and put the shoes through the ringer but the F-Lite 235 V2 holds up very well. I’ve never had any issues with tears or the sole separating from the body. I can’t recommend a shoe highly enough for cross training.

I really enjoy barefoot/minimalist shoes and this has to be one of the best minimalist shoes I've ever worn. I was concerned with durability (my merrells tend to wear down pretty quickly). They have held up pretty good. I use them for 3-5 mile runs a couple times a week and for weight lifting. The solid heel works very well for squats. I plan on purchasing again.

Love these and loved my last Innov8 shoes. Wide toe box so your feet can spread out under load, dense heel for stable lifting, SUPER light, good airflow, quality materials and versatile look. Laces are a bit too long but you can trim them down if need be. They stay tied very well because of he grippy material the laces are made from.

I enjoy many things about these shoes. Basically everything about them is great. My WoDs are much easier, especially with the powerheel. I’m never going back to a non-CrossFit specific shoe again. My foot also feels secure, but not too tight, with the lacing. Toe box is roomy but I still get good purchase.

These are amazing shoes they fit my wide foot very well. I use these shoes for cross-training which includes running, power lifting and olympic lifting. They do not budge too much while I am lifting higher weights because of the zero drop design. Great shoes I will keep buying for quite a long time.

I have worn vivobarefoots for 7+ years - and just fedup with their lack of concern for migration issues to barefoot - decided to take a step back. these are zero drop but just a bit more cushion for older foot! Cant recommend them highly enough - using them day to day and for x training and tennis.

This is a very good CrossFit type shoe. I have worn the first pair I bought for about 4 months now and wanted an extra pair.They are perfect for varied workouts and willbget you through the runs up to 800m.Well made and ,so far, appear to be able to take the punishment without wearing out fast

Im normally a UK 10.5 but chose to go a size up as they recommended on their site. Feels like i have plenty of toe space and they are bigger than i would have chosen in a shop but will come back and update the review after some use. Feel good so far and happy with the purchase.

Better lock down of your feet compared to the 235 v1, which was already a great training shoe. Great all round workout shoe, but not the best to run in. If you liked running in the 230s, 240s or 195s, you won't like the 235 as much. If you have the v1, size 1/2 size down.

Great shoe. I have a little over a dozen hours in the gym with these. Great feel from the sole and good for crossfit workouts.The toe box is wide, most people would love this. I prefer a more snug fit. But it isnt bad by any means. Only reason I didn't rate 5/5 stars.

Great shoe for the $$ Use them on the tread mill and too work out. I am not a true cross fitter - or I would have told out already ten times in this review ; ) but these are good stable workout shoes. I recommend them for the price. And they are snazzy green.
