Having a big foot, it's always been difficult to find shoes that fit the way I would like them to fit. I honestly think it's harder for guys with long, narrow feet to find a shoe that TRULY fits. I won't make ridiculous claims that this is the first shoe I've ever found that actually fits my foot. There have been plenty over my lifetime that fit just fine. But this is definitely one of the most comfortable overall.As for durability? Only time will tell - I literally just got them about an hour ago. The particular color (all black) and size (14m) I bought only cost $39.99 so, if I get 6 months out of them, I will feel as if I got my money's worth out of them. Of course,I would love it if they would last a year or more, but I don't have high hopes for ANY brand or style of shoes. I've rarely owned a pair of shoes that last me that long.I do feel it's important to note that there is very little traction with these shoes. I've yet to wear them outside, but we have a painted concrete basement floor and they definitely don't have much grip on that surface. They're a little better on our hardwood floors in the living room and bedrooms, but not much. I don't see them being very good on wet grass, that's for sure.Overall: I'm giving them 5 stars, mostly based on comfort. Having said that, I am absolutely someone who regularly comes back and gives updates if my opinion changes. Some say they will do that and then they forget. Not me. If I say I will come back and update, I will. If the memory foam wears out sooner than expected, I'll be back with an update and my rating will change. If they start busting at the seems, same thing. Likewise, if they seem to be holding up as well or better than expected, I will also return and brag about the durability of these shoes. Honestly, I'm rooting for this shoe. I truly want to love them. But I also want to give a fair and unbiased opinion that will help others to make an informed decision on whether or not to spend their hard earned money on these shoes. So far, though, my initial impression of these shoes, is that they're VERY comfortable and I think the quality is great enough that they SHOULD last at least 6 months. Anything over that is just the cherry on top.PS - I don't think the traction of these shoes would qualify them to be used for running/jogging, but I believe they will be awesome walking shoes. If you're going to an amusement park and plan on walking several miles in the hottest part of the day, I think these will be great for that. Also, I think the design of the outer fabric is such that they will allow PLENTY of air to circulate throughout the inside and help cool your feet. Luckily for me, it's rarely ever hot (even in July and August) where I live. It's a big deal if it gets up to 80 degrees in Marquette, Michigan. There are even times when we don't see 70 degrees for an entire month during the summer. Considering the fact that I was born and raised in Florida, I'm perfectly happy with that! Not that the last sentence or two has anything to do with the shoe itself, but I just wanted to give a little insight on why MOST people would really appreciate the cooling factor of these shoes. According to my Fitbit I have walked 1750 miles so far this year, and I've done it wearing Skechers Shoes. For the first few months I wore Go Walk 4s, and I thought they were the greatest shoes ever except the heel was a little thin for me, but then I tried these Equalizer 3.0s and they are perfect.The Equalizer 3.0 is extremely light, like wearing slippers. As a matter of fact, if you are used to wearing leather sneakers these will feel "too light", and you may question their durability. I get about 300-400 miles per pair. But most importantly I HAVE HAD ZERO FOOT PAIN AND NO CALLOUSES WHILE POUNDING OUT THE MILES ON THESE SHOES. I have always developed callouses in the past while walking a lot.Sometimes to the point of bleeding, always to the point where I'd be in pain until I warmed up. All of that is in the past with these Skechers.I take an extra wide, 4x shoe, and the width on these is great. I just wish all of their shoes were available in extra wide, as my only complaint would be that the color and style selection is limited in extra wide. But it's a small matter in comparison to how much better my feet are thanks to Skecher.**edited for grammar

Absolutely love these shoes, with 2 caveats.First the good. Very comfortable, light weight, breathable, and just all around great walking shoes. Probably among the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn.Now the bad. They are horrible in the rain. Step in even a shallow puddle and your feet are instantly soaked. They are basically entirely mesh except for the soles. Worse, onelce they get wet, they develop a horrible smell skin to mold, feet, and rot.Worse, they breath so well that once you slip them on and wear them a bit, you and everyone nearby can smell them. This is my third pair of Skechers and 2 of the 3 had this issue. The 3rd are newish still. I've washed in the washing machine,I've frozen in the freezer, I've tried sprays. No dice.I just tried saturating in nature's miracle, and the results seem promising.

I am always skeptical about ordering shoes online due to my sons wide foot and you don't know if when you order a wide shoe if it will fit properly. I was excited when this one did! My son loves skechers so I rolled the dice with ordering this shoe. It arrived fast and it was perfect when he tried it on. It was true to size, true to width, great arch support and the memory foam is like walking on clouds he says! I ordered a 9.5 wide and he wears a 9 wide. I only sized up because I order shoes for kids a bit bigger to leave grow room. I am so happy that we actually found a wide shoe that is wide and fits! Totally recommend this shoe to moms that struggle finding their boys wide shoes!

Just ordered a second pair. I always bought premium priced athletic shoes. My wife always bought Skechers and convinced me to try them. Tried a casual no laces pair first in extra wide. Comfortable on smooth walkways. Not for walking on cobblestone areas such as the Forum Shops at Caesar Palace. Not much support.Ordered this pair next. Very comfortable on the walking track at the gym. Nice look too. Much better support than the casual pair.Given the price point, and the high cost of resoling expensive athletic shoes, this is now my preferred brand.

I was told by a lot of people how comfortable Skechers were but was still surprised at how comfortable they were I recently had a trip to London and managed to walk 17 miles during the course of the day if I do any walking normally I would opt for my boots and would end up with acing feet around 10mile ( I must add I’m best part of 20 stone so that’s not really surprising ) however my feet while aching a little at the end of the day were nowhere ne’er as bad. I can’t recommend these enough comfortable well made in quality materials.

Was nothing wrong with the shoe. I ordered the wrong width so my fault on that. My husband has had foot problems and had to go get fitted. The shoes that he had to buy to help his problems were $140 new balance. I have been wearing sketchers loyalty for at least 6 yrs because they have wide widths. So i ordered him a wide in these and he loves them! For $40! The extra wide width are a tad to big thats why im retuning these otherwise we'd keep them.

I work as a mechanic and I walk at least 10k steps a day on concrete at a huge dealership, searching for cars, talking to customers, and getting parts and I do everything from change tires and oil to complete frame swaps. These shoes are very cool, you toes are ventilated, you will feel the breeze. The soles are very comfortable foam. I've had them two weeks, and they seem to be holding up well, if they last 6 months I'll be satisfied.

I bought these because my wife recommended them. She said after having a pair id never want to go back to normal shoes again and she was right! I'm tall and a bit on the heavy side so of course after walking all day in normal shoes my feet ache a bit, but not with these. I was shocked when I spent all day walk around in them and nothing. My feet felt great! I love these shoes, so worth the purchase. And perfect for hitting the gym.

I bought these for my husband and he's impressed. He has trouble finding shoes that fit him in stores. He can try them in wide for that fit but then the length may be either too short or long. He asked me to find the same shoe online and I found it on Amazon, with his exact size and the color wanted and at a lower price. Couldn't have been happier. I'm a Prime subscriber so delivery was quick and the fit is great. Overall a win!

The trainers are a good fit hubby says they are light and very comfortable. Nice blue with a bit if orange. I would use seller again. Very efficient...initially I panicked as I thought they'd sent the wrong size until I realised the US size was in bold on the box with the equivelant UJ suze in smaller print!!! So dont panic like I did and assume the wrong size has been sent check the size on the shoes!!!?

You know its a good product when you decide to buy another one just a day after getting it. I'm big guy with a size 14 foot. This shoe is super light and super comfortable. I've paid $200 for shoes less comfortable and am buying at least one more pair just so I have them for a couple of years. My first Skechers shoe and now I wonder what else I missed from them.

I'm a big guy at 6'2" and 225 lbs. and these shoes may be the most comfortable shoes that I have ever owned or wore. I don't plan on jogging in these but plan on wearing these as my everyday walking shoes because they are so comfortable. I may purchase another pair. This is my first pair of Skechers that I have owned. I highly recommend them.

This is my 5th pair of Skechers sneakers and they do not disappoint. Well made, affordable, and the memory foam is just right to cushion and support. This pair has a slightly higher heal than past models I've worn and I like it. The heal support and toe box room are very good. I've tried many other brands and keep coming back to Skechers.

I bought these as casual everyday walking shoes to replace a pair of Nike Free. These are my first Sketchers and I found the build quality to be good, moderate support and very comfortable. I normally walk 4-5 miles a day, and found they have firmed up a little in the first two weeks, but that is probably just breaking them in.
