These trainers were a big surprise for me. I normally go for Nike trainers as i find these to be most comfortable, however a friend of mine bought these and said they were very comfortable and I figured I'd give them a try...... They were brilliant, very comfortable to wear for long periods of time, easy to put on and off, and also very good at keeping your feet warm.They lasted me about a year before needing replacing, however i wore them a lot (and for work also), so i easily got my moneys worth out of them. I replaced them with the same trainers (and as long as they are out i shall continue to do so!)Very Highly recommended!!!!!!!!!

These are proving very comfortable and easy to get on and off. In the past, I've had several pairs of lightweight Hi-Tec white/silvery trainers but these never lasted very long and it was my Reebok Classics that got most use. However, these Velcro jobs combine the sturdiness of the Reeboks with the comfort of my previous Hi-Tecs, so I'm pleased with this purchase. I know from experience to order a 9 when I'm an 8 and a half, as trainers always seem to be tighter than you expect.

I haven't bought Hi-Tec since I played squash back in the 70's and 80's. Just had my right hip done and needed the easy fastening trainer. This shoe fitted the bill and I knew Hi-Tec products were good. I put a couple of insoles in for extra comfort and after a couple of days I decided to order the black pair. Apart from the ease and comfort aspects I think they look good but not too flashy like a lot of trainers nowadays. Definitely recommended!!

I just wanted a knockabout pair of trainers to wear around the house. I've past experience of Hi-Tec trainers and have always found them to be comfortable. However, as they are a cheap trainer they tend not to be able to stand too much rough wear so I wouldn't wear them for sports, running or long walks for those activities I'd spend the money and buy the appropriate footwear. But as a general knockabout trainer for £20ish they're OK.

For normal slip on leather shoes I am UK 7 1/2 or Eur 41 1/2. I am planning to walk/run to work in these in normal socks, so what size should I order in these trainers? I should add that I am 64, so we are not talking super-athlete here and I also could not care less for brand snobbery. Why pay double for a tick? Shoes arrived and size 8 was a good fit. These are seriously comfortable shoes and I am very happy.

This the second comment I have been asked for, in the first one I commented on the fitting problem on the Left shoe, I found after some investigation that the tougne was poorly stitched in, I had to cut the protuding (into the shoe) part to make it comfortale to wear. having done this they can no longer be used in wet conditions. It is a mute point as to whether they would have been accepted back as faulty

A very comfortable pair of casual trainers. I have worn this type of shoe for the last 4 years for there easy of putting on and off. The supplier I used to get them from, thier prices have shot up, so I am glad to find a new source of supply through Amazon. I would / will definately use again.Only downside is that the soles wear through or crack on the insoles. I get through around 2 pairs a year.

These are great trainers. Thicker sole than usual means you do not feel stones underfoot which is good for my foot callous. I bought a pair several years ago and am happy to see them still in production. I bought a pair of black ones as well. Also very quiet when walking. (Some trainers sound like you are walking on planks). Not these, I recommend highly.

Having struggled to find Velcro fastening school shoes for a large footed pre-teen ( size 9 ) I bought these. Great quality, very sturdy and practical. Previous shoes have been twice the price from Clark's or well priced pair from m&s that fell apart after 10 weeks! Although these are trainers the black ones are ideal for school. Will buy again.

I brought these shows based off of a friends recommendation. I spend pretty much all the time on my feet working on a ward, they are comfortable and supportive and have made being on my feet for 10+ hours a day go by without any issue. I would recommend these shoes to anyone looking for a good pair of simple work shoes

Great item very comfortable and look great too .Very good seller highly recommended will buy from again in the future.very smart trainers can wear to functions I love the feel of them on my feet .Very easy to put on.i'm disabled and find putting on shoes very difficult these are great very easy to put on and take off

Due to having corns my chiropodist suggested I start wearing trainers. After reading the reviews I ordered a pair one size bigger and found they are a great fit and very comfortable. Also these trainers are very easy at getting on and off with the two velcro straps. I would definitely recommend them

I was getting sore feet from walking , so needed some shoes to make walking more comfortable and these shoes have done the trick. Nice thick soles and comfortable innerspring make them a treat ans they are very easy to put on and take off with the Velcro straps. First class and good value!

Ordered previous afternoon and delivered by 11.30 following morning. These trainers seem to be really good value — smart and unflashy. I followed an earlier review and ordered one size larger than usual and indeed, yes, they are a good fit. Very glad I did so. I'm now going on a good hike.

I chose it because I liked the look of it. The soles are very good. In many other trainers I have to insert an additional insole to make them comfortable and give good support. These trainers are comfortable and give good support without the need for an additional insole. An excellent buy.
