Before buying new-gym shoes I have done a proper-proper research. I was looking for a pair with a great stability- I am lifting a lot and I always struggle with a slippery floor, but also tight hold and comfort- so my feet won't move inside shoe. This model ticks all the boxes! The sole of the shoe basically stick to the floor, like a glued one! Helps a lot to protect your feet and ankles during heavy lifting, but also for an intense GRIT session, where a lot of jumps and burpees is involved. Always give a safe landing. I feet are the 'wide feet' style, but these shoes fits perfectly! No problem even after intense training, when your feet are swallowing. Also, considering the dispatch from US,2 weeks to UK was quite acceptable (for a great price comparing to home-market).

I just started the studio F45 classes and needed crossfit type shoes. Saw these and thought I would give them a try. They work great. Very comfortable, and stylish. The laces stay tied, the tongue doesn't move, and the cushion is just enough (not too much). There seems to be enough ventilation so my feet don't feel overheated in them. Only negative if there is one is the my heal lifts out of the shoe when I'm pushing the weighted sled. I could tie my laces a bit tighter but then it would be too tight to be comfortable to wear. Other than that which is minor, I would definitely recommend.

Love the shoe. I'm normally a six in heels and flats, I wear a 6.5 in running shoes, and I bought a six. They are too big by about 3/4 of an inch. So if you want them to be snug all the way around your feet including toes order a half size smaller then your usual. If you want toe splay room then order normal. I'm going to return and order a 5.5, because I need absolute stability and that extra toe room makes me slide around when doing plyo and squats, which then gives me foot cramps. This is an awesome shoe, but you have to get the right fit.

I was working out at organgetheory and finding I was having all of these unusual muscle pains in my hips and knees. I thought it could be my sneakers, they were over a year old. I bought these and it made a huge difference. I find that my balance is much improved with the design of this sneaker. Whether I'm on the floor doing weight training or on the treadmill (I don't run), I feel I have the much needed support my arthritic knee needed. I imagine they would not be great for jogging or running but they also don't claim to be.

I've worn these trainers for about 5 months now, I use them for one hour HIIT workouts about 4-5 times a week. They are super comfortable and versatile for both short cardio and lifting weights...but I've noticed the stitching fraying/coming apart in the toe area and it's very noticeable. I'm inclined to chalk it up to my clumsiness but it's quite unsightly and would have liked these to be a bit more durable. Does not affect performance, though, and I plan to keep them for a while longer.

I absolutely love these shoes for CrossFit & any workout really except maybe not so much long distance running. I always wear an 8 but because I have narrow feet & I read that the front is a little wider so I decided to get a 7.5 which fit perfect. So if you have a more narrow foot, definitely size down for a secure fit. Greatest part is that it was so comfortable that I didn’t even need to break them in, they felt great the first time I worked out in them .

I'd been doing P90X in old running shoes, because that's all I had. These shoes are a major step up, and I'm so glad I got them. I need shoes with a wide toe box, and these fit great. The top of the shoe is flexible enough that it doesn't cave in and pinch the tops of my feet during lunges. The shoe fit like a glove right out of the box. They make a huge difference in how stable I feel during my workouts, compared to my old running shoes.

These fit true to size. They are uber comfy. Sometimes with socks it feels like my foot slides but it’s not bad or a big issue. I use them for a bootcamp style active/low impact workout. They’re also comfy to just walk around in. Recently recovered (going on two years) from a fractured metatarsal and these are my favorite right now to exercise in. I may order another pair (before a new style or any changes are made to a quality product).

I began working with a personal trainer 8 months ago. I was using running shoes which were NOT working for training with weights and free weight equipment, my feet were sliding. My trainer recommended cross fit trainers. I purchased these based on the reviews and I LOVE THEM!!!! They are so comfortable and provide excellent stability. My trainer was so impressed with them that he purchased a pair! (He was a Nike Metcon fan before these)

I had to return the 7.5 because the toe box is definitely a little more curved than I expected. My little toes were squished but I went up a half size (from Zappos) and it fit perfectly. I liked these so much better than the Nike Metcon 4's. The flexweave makes it easy to move but still feels secure around my ankle. I would recommend these shoes to anyone who likes crossfitt or training. The purple color is also really pretty!

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE these shoes! They are far more comfortable than any other crossfit shoe I own. I have several pair of Reebok’s and these Nano 8’s are the best. They cradle my heel and have nice arch support. The foot is flexible enough for walking and running yet stable enough for lifting weights. They are light and airy. They do well on rope climbs and feel sturdy during box jumps. I love them and want to order more.

I’m normally a size 8 shoe. Bought these in a 7.5 because I plan to go sockless (no need for socks with this shoe). Fits perfectly. If you want to wear socks, order your normal size. Did my first HIIT and lifting workout in them yesterday. They gave me plenty of stability and range of motion. Agree with other reviews that I wouldn’t do extensive running in these, but that’s not what they’re built for anyway.

This is the first pair of trainer shoes I have ever had. I have medium width feet and I’m very sensitive to the toe box of shoes. This show feels like an extension of my body. It feels so natural while giving me stability and support. The running part of our workouts isn’t my favorite, but these shoes provide the support for a comfortable short distance jog/run. I would definitely highly recommend them.

I always buy 1/2 size up when buying athletic shoes to accommodate for socks. My feet are slim and I wear size 5 and bought 5.5 and I would have been better with a 6. If it wasn’t for the wide toe box I wouldn’t have been able to wear. I am wearing with extra thin socks as I detest returning anything. I purchased for weight lifting at the gym and have only worn 3 times before writing this review.

This is my first pair of xfit shoes. I did a good amount of research. I was wearing running shoes before while lifting. Running is most xfit shoes is not pleasant. The first couple of times-wow my ankles were not happy. Now that My ankles are used too it, its my shins that are sometimes (not all the time) sore. But for lifting? They are perfect. They fit me perfect. True to size for me.
