I have been buying HP brand printers for 12 years. Until this machine, I have never been unhappy with HP: if this had been my first experience of one of their printers, I would never have bought another. Although I am a business user, the use to which the printer is put is on the light side - nothing like the duty cycles for which HP rates this machine.The printer is highly prone to 'chewing' paper, so I spend a lot of time trying to unjam pages from inside the machine. The paper jams have on more than one occasion wrapped around the print carriage and have caused damage to the print heads: I have had to replace these several times in a period of just 3 months.
