Since 2011 I have used first an HP Officejet 8000 printer and then since 2017 an Officejet 8620. I only use genuine HP inks, and I find that in the officejet models the inks are long lasting. I use my printer a lot as I am self-employed consultant engineer and I am forever witing reports and proposals and printing drafts for proof-reading.Before 2011 I used cheap models of HP Printers (eg deskjet) but i found that the inks cost more than the printers themselves and hardly lasted any time..For the last few years I have bought these 4-cartridge packs (940XL for my previous printer, 950XL for my current one), and I find them to be good value for money.

Not much to say. It's easy to fit and lasts a long time. It's worth getting the high yield cartridge even if you don't print much. They don't seem to go dry (which I have found with some other printers). Overall I find it good value (it's slightly cheaper on Amazon than ordering direct) and I always use the full retail product as my experiences with alternatives have been unhappy.You may know this already but to save ink, especially when printing from websites which often splash colour all over the place, there is a printer setting to save ink (this is separate from the quality setting, which is more to do with speed). Also you can select grayscale when you don't need the colour as colour cartridges are more expensive.

These cartridges arrived on time, in order and were proper originals. How many times has that not happened to me.These are real, in a properly packaged sealed blister pack.I'd recommend buying the XL cartridges simply because they last so long you'll forget when you replaced them and when they run out it will be a shock because you'd think they would go on forever.In all seriousness, the original cartridges that came with the printer HP8620 lasted a long time, these have been tested and give laser printers a run for their money. Actually they are probably better value and this is borne out by many tests and reviews.I rate the printer I use and these long lasting cartridges. Word of advice,

What can you expect from a genuine HP printer ink cartridges is to do the job well and these cartridges do exactly that.They are easy to unpack and install and it comes with self explanatory instructions. These cartridges do last for quite a while and produce high quality print outs, both colour and black.However the only problem with it is the price! They are very expensive. I don’t quite understand why cartridges have to be so expensive as the ink in them costs pennies to produce, but I guess that’s how these companies make their fortunes.To save money but have very slight compromise on quality you may consider alternative third party cartridges.Apart from the cost.

The ink is a lovely shade of black, it reminds me of the dark of the desert.It writes lovely and smoothly across the silken sheets of HP paper that we use.The ink lasts a long, long time and I feel that if HP hadn't been very naughty and tried to stop people using alternative cheaper cartridges i would have given them a zillion stars for the superb (if somewhat overpriced) cartridges. As it is, this little cartridge is absolutely essential for my printer to work when it's in, it works a treat.Thank you HP for your expensive, but wonderful cartridges.Now I'll have to get my tongue out of my cheek as I've got a Quality Street toffee that is demanding my attention.

I decided to buy the genuine HP cartridges after reading few reviews of the non-official ones. Needless to say, it was a child's play to install them and the printer recognised them immediately and I was up and running in no time. Once I removed the old cartridges, I noticed that they were a "starter" pack, the ones that came with the printer. I am not a heavy user but these ones lated for over 2 years so I am guessing the "full fat" ones I have in now will last for a long while. The quality of the prints is top notch as expected. I know I am paying 3 times as much as the non HP cartridges but I can not put a price on peace of mind :)

Genuine printer cartridges can be expensive, but these were a fair price.I was surprised that the colour cartridges were removed from their packaging (apparently to save postage costs), and that all the cartridges came in separate packages. I was only after a yellow ink (the others still having a little life left in them), but if made sense to purchase all the inks together... It was just typical of Royal Mail to deliver they ink I wanted last of all, but at least I got them.This company also provided me with a "recycle you old ink" envelope to return my used cartridges - so I can do my bit to help the environment ;)

This item arrived by time. I have HP Officejet Pro 8600 Plus e-All-in-One printer. It recognized cartridges as original. I was ready to print straightaway as soon as I inserted them. The print quality is good. Before buying this item I checked around a bit to find more options. There are 'compatible' cartridges available for less price but I would not go for it because they tend to leak and spoil print head. I prefer to have good (or original) product to avoid any problem later on. I will go for the same item whenever I will need to replace cartridges again.

I use a HP Officejet 8620 and I find that these HP cartridges are very good. I have not risked trying cheaper so-called 'compatibles' as reviews I have seen say those give lower quality printing and may be detrimental to the printer - so I think you get what you pay for with the genuine article.One comment on the price - the RRP may be £106-49, but HP themselves currently sell them on line for £74-24, which means that currently the Amazon price gives a 9% saving, not 37% as claimed, though I know they are priced higher in 'high street' shops.

What's to say? They are original inks so they are the best in terms of quality and the longevity of your printer. They are totally exorbitantly priced of course - Fifty five odd quid? Are you having a laugh? But as someone who's suffered the bereavement of losing a printer to cheap ink *sniff*, I have made an agreement to myself to stick with originals all the time this printer owes me. At least they do give you confidence that you're going to get a reasonable number of pages out of them. They do last a long time and the quality is excellent.

A word of advice. I have 2 printers - an HP photosmart C309g and an Officejet 8600 pro plus. Buy an HP photosmart printer and you are doomed to paying extortionate amounts for ink. The officejet sips the ink in comparison - is quicker and is now my default printer. This ink, being XL, is dear but will last a long time. Don't make the mistake I made and buy 'compatible' - your printer will suffer - HP genuine ink will make your printer last longer - very high quality

The item itself was fine, looked to be an original with the hologram stamp. Not the best of suppliers I have to say. Received the item a month after ordering this and after 3 emails to them, which a reply was received, but if I was desperate for this cartridge, I would have had to fork out the money for another, probably from a local stationery. Will be a bit apprehensive in order anything else from them.

I always have a concern when buying ink that I might not be getting the real thing. I have just fitted the cartridges and they were recognised by my printer instantly. I even got a message come up inviting me to apply for a reward from HP in return for having fitted their cartridges! The print quality is just as good as original. So, be rest assured, they are the real thing.

Ya know what, I'm gonna say it like it is because in the world today, there are too many people calling a spade a shovel.They can call this Cyan all they want, but we all know the truth. It's blue.Why these printer cartridges can't just keep it simple and call blue blue (even if it is Cyan) I don't know.Anyway, yeah, it does the job. Official printer cartridge from HP.

I always have a spare set of all inks. Discovered on a Friday afternoon when waiting for cartridge to run out to then replace that my partner had replaced without telling me or ordering more. He was saved by this well priced efficiently delivered set of cartages. They arrived Sunday at no extra cost. I have used it for 3 days no probs great product.Thanks so much
