If you like FPS games then you'll probably love this. The only way you wouldn't would be if you prefer having one shot kills or such like. This game is superb, from graphics to gameplay. I rented it a long time ago but never had the money to purchase it so I waited until it came down in price. It was worth the wait, like they say good things come to those who wait. It is like a thousand games in one, and as you all know bungie love to maintain their games and this is no exception, theres a bundle of things going on weekly and daily to keep your juices flowing. However, if you love love love COD you might want to give this one a RENT. It isn't so fast paced in that you don't run as fast and kill as fast,

Halo means so much to so many people. This is not extraordinary in the culture of videogames. What's exceptional is how many different things it means to those players. For me Halo has always been a social experience, with lifelong friendships forged over a shared love of the game. Some hop online to randomly test their merit in competitive matches. Others find themselves lost in the fiction, playing through the campaign alone and then poring over the extended story in books and anime. Still others look to Halo for a creative outlet as level forgers or machinima producers. I've always loved Halo single player games but never took them online until this game came out and it was a stop gap til Black Ops. I bought it on release date and set about finishing the single players, classic gameplay and great story. I then went online with it and I got into it very quickly. I was "fraggin" in no time and loving it. After a couple of weeks it changed. I couldn't seem to kill anybody!! I'd gone from hero to zero....I later found out that both black ops and Halo reach have fallen foul to modded controllers. These help the players hit there target quicker and give them rapid fire on rifles and pistols. The game lost it's appeal. I've just bought it again to give it another go.

was gonna get this when it came out but thought its gonna be the same as all the rest. and it is. but a little better. once you have completed the campaign mode then its time to sell it because the online mode doesnt come close to some of the other big games around at the mo i.e. COD, and for something a little different Assasins creed. and it is full of hackers who just spoil the game for all others. its nice to get up to speed or should i say back to speed as its a prequil for the first game and i really did want to start the whole story all over again. visuals are fab and would recommend it to a few of my pals who are just starting their 360 careers as its a good ground to start on for FPS's.

I bought Halo reach because a friend of mine kept nagging me to do so, I'm not the biggest fan of the Halo franchise but I must admit this a pretty darn good game.The multiplayer mode is fantastic, and runs smoother than previous games Halo 3 and ODST which i've had experience playing.The story didn't make a great deal of sense to me, but it was enjoyable to watch the cut-scenes and fantastic visuals.The Game is fairly short, spanning 9 levels, despite beating it on the hardest difficulty (Some frustrating moments but you can overcome them if you work at it).I must confess I'm still quite hooked by the multiplayer,

Alot of people say this game is no good, I don't understand where they are coming from I absoloutley love this game it is fantastic, the campaign has a good story to it, the armour unlocks look awesome, multiplayer online play is amazing it has something for everyone. the only two bad things I have against it is there is no game volume so when I use my turtle beach (XLC) you cant hear people properly but thats something that will only effect XLC users, the second thing is you have to buy a map pack before you can do any competetive slayer or other game modes, you can still play slayer but on made maps which are no where near as good as the real ones but thats it I highly recomend this game to

This game was a great improvement on the Halo series. The change of gameplay to a more tactical approach is very good, the graphics are improved and the online multiplayer has been changed in a positive way.The story is a reasonable length and is fitting with the differend difficulty settings, but a slight variation of situaion would have been a good idea, as it is quite samey for players of the previous Halo games.Overall, good single-player, good multi-player but with some points which may have needed some further improvement, but stil a very good game that will take some good time to complete.4/5.

I bought this product due to several other friends owning this. I managed to pick it up for under £10 and it has been a great purchase. The online gameplay is much better than that of Halo 3 and has less server problems. There are more options for gaming and is much quicker. Although i have not finished the game on campaign i have not enjoyed it as much as the likes of Halo 3 because it just doesn't offer much different apart from a few new vehicles and powerups. Overall i would definately recommend getting this game. But i wouldn't spend more than about £15.

Great campaign! I loved how the maps were well thought out and the graphics were very good also, e.g. The use of fog rain and weather was great also, I just wish the flying part had turned into parts at stages of the game which would have made a pretty short campaign so much better but for the price of £2.80 it was an absolute steal! I have an Xbox one also but I find a lot of the older games near the start of franchises as long as it's at least last gen are better than a lot of the new games, some of which I've been deeply disappointed with.

came in good time and worked well, everything I expected and more, awesome graphics and nice maps. This was the first game I played on my Xbox and I was very impressed, compared to the other halo games the graphics are really great and some of the new weapons are pretty cool too. The game makes you as a player feel powerful and the story line of the Noble Team is interesting to follow. With some of the best graphics in cut scenes that i've ever seen it's a game I would play 100 times over, maybe even more :0

Fantastic game,I'm really enjoying this game. If your a fan of the halo series you will love this game even if your not, you should buy it and give it a go. The campaign is amazing i always play on legendary and its a challenge and will last hours or even days depending on how much you play and the difficulty your playing on, you can play co-op or solo and last but not least there's the multiplayer.There is a lot of fun to be had in this game my advice go out and buy yourself a copy you wont be disappointed.

Bought for my 14 year old son for xmas. He had already played helo games before and really liked them.This was played with as much enthusiasm as the others he'd played, and if i'm honest so did I.It's great fun with all the usual first person "shootum up". I don't play xbox live but my son tells me it's adictive, which coming from him is praise indeed.So, if your after an action packed game for your xbox 360, you could do for worse then this really enjoyable game,you won't be disappointed.

Halo Reach is the prequel to the original Halo series. The gameplay is flawless and the campaign mode is beautifully story driven giving you a strong sense of connection between the in-game characters and player.
