In fact, when I first smelled it from a test strip, it felt like shoe polish to my nose. On contact with skin, though, it turns orgasmic – you'll want to sniff it all day long. amazing smell - top 3 of all time - guerlain are the patek phillipe of perfumes (well respected and less known) and chanel are the rolex (well known by the masses but not as well respected by top enthusiasts)only bad thing is the projection and sillage (the overall performance )but it smells amazing - great for winter weather and semi formal to formal night outdefinitely worth every pennysmells better than fragrances 3-5 times its price no jokeso good - will definitely buy again once this one runs out

My husband loves this aftershave, so do l - I purchased a larger bottle and the perfume works all day, he must be the best smelling Chippy every...:-)
