Guerlain has a fascinating perfume history, the company was founded in France in 1828 by Pierre-François-Pascal Guerlain; fragrances are not the easiest thing to describe in a review, but Mon Guerlain is their latest offering and was created for Guerlain by Thierry Wasser and Delphine Jelk who have created fragrances for a number of prestigious fashion and fragrance houses. This is a very polite, ladylike, creamy fragrance with a distinct, but soft note of lavender with the added warmth of vanilla and tonkabean. It has spiciness from the sandalwood and jasmine but somehow it remains light and airy thanks to the bergamot and coumarin which add a burst of freshness, while the iris gives it a powdery note.

I have been collecting/studying fragrance for nearly 40 years so I'm no learner. I had to buy this one for myself as I always buy the latest Guerlain. I'm not very keen on Thierry Wasser scents and since he too over at Guerlain their stuff seems derivative to me. Also partially due to the IFRA banning certain chemicals many fragrances no longer last on the skin. This is one of them. It is very sweet and girly, caramel and marshmallows with very little sillage and lasting power. That said if you buy any of the exclusive collections sold in Guerlain boutiques abd Harrods, you will get staying power but you will pay over £200 for the privilege. Still this is a safe, office friendly fragrance nice for young ladies.

The lady in the perfum shop told me that a percent of what is made from this perfum goes to Angelina Joli's charity work. That is fantastic! Also he mother used to wear this scent in the dry form.It is a light fresh scent that is very lady like. It's not too sweet. If this was for a gift I would buy it for my mother as I feel this scent suits a mature lady. the scent is a 10 out of 10 but.....I don't think it lasts long enough! Maybe I can't smell it and others can I don't know but that disappoints me with this. So there are negatives and positives to this perfum.I would highly recommend you to smell the scent first if buying for yourself.

I previously had used other Guerlain fragrances - L'Instant Magic, which I loved and Shalimar which I found too heavy but from time to time I used it on. I received a little sample of Mon Guerlain perfume as a gift and loved the smell instantly. Has some similarities with L'Instant but the smell is even more refined and classy. I've ordered the 100ml from Amazon. The item arrived very fast and in excellent condition. Well done to the supplier! The first time I wore it I was stopped in a shop and asked about the name of the perfume. Few days after I received more compliments about it. Would strongly recommend it!

This delightful scent has top notes of bergamot and lavender, followed by sandalwood and jasmine and it eventually settles into more of a vanilla perfume. It is a very feminine scent, but not as strong as many of the other perfumes made by Guerlain and its crisp freshness makes it perfect for daytime wear. I would say this fragrance is best suited to those who are seeking a touch of elegance that is not too overpowering.

It suits me and my heart. I love it, it reminds me of "brand new" like a newborn baby, purity, intelligence and romance. When I wear it I feel like I have just stepped out of a hot rose petal bath with jasmine and bluebells. I feel confident, beautiful and like my best role in life...a Mum. :-)

Don not buy from BOSMETIC.Product on the left arrived from Amazon. Product on the right arrived from BOSMETIC end of January.Complaint logged and they are being investigated.Other than that, the recipient is happy with the genuine product.

I’m sure this is not a genuine product, no code inside the box like a genuine bottle’ also sticker barcode placed on the bottom of the box when real one shows barcode printed on the box, doesn’t really smell very strong at all disappointed

I blind-purchased this fragrance for my girlfriend of two and a half years. I certainly made the right choice. This is a beautiful scent that makes me want to pounce upon her everytime I catch a whiff. She's rather fond of it too.

My partner has a sample and loved it so this was an obvious present. Lovely sweet put perfume that has a strong rise fragrance. She is very happy! Recommend but not all women like the same perfume so sample first!

I got this when it was on offer which was amazing and it is one of the nicest smells ever. People actually stop me on the street and in the super market and ask me what is it as it smells so beautiful. Obsessed!

Love the smell of this....It didnt seem to last long, but now I think thats just that its not overpowering. It DOES last as I smellit on my clothes the next day before I re-dab...... Great Perfume.

Wow what a great perfume. This is so sexy and mature.Sadly the performance lacks. Can't smell it after 2 hours, it's not because it's fake it's just the perfume it self.
