You have heard of a thing called "The Linx Effect", right? Well, obviously with Linx that is just a fantasy. If it fools men into buying it then well played to their advertising team. with this scent it is real. At least for me anyway. I used to be anywhere and I would be falling madly in lust with complete strangers, no matter what they looked like, a second after smelling Gaultier Le Male. Obviously I had to exercise restraint, and it was very, very difficult. I realised I needed to find an antidote, and that antidote turned out to be buying it and wearing it myself. Being honest when I am wearing it i find myself a little in love with myself and love that I smell so fabulous.

From a uniquely designed bottle to an instantly recognisable scent Jean Paul Gautier has gone all out here. This is a definitely in your face fragrance as the scent is quite strong when you first appply it. If you think that you would be offended by getting glances by your own sex and smiles then do not buy this.With mint and lavender it has a strong overtone of vanilla, and is supposed to bring out the cotradictions in men, both your hard masculine side and your more soft caring feminine side (who thinks up these sales gimmicks?). When you first put this on you will instantly recognise the vanilla, but this does die down a little throughout the day, so that it isn't so strong.

I thought I'd upload a few images of the product as some people seem to be worried that it isn't genuine. I spoke to an Amazon colleague who assured me all products sold from Amazon come direct from the manufacturer, it's the third party sellers you need to worry about! this along with Issey Miyake are my favourite aftershaves, this one will last a good few months and is my girlfriend's favourite. I think it STINKS that so many high street retailers are selling fragrances in such tiny bottles; 50ml, 75ml etc. usually for about £40 a pop. Get a big one, great value, speaks for itself really.I've never had a problem with purchases from Amazon themselves,

I brought this recently and have to say its easily in my Top 3 Eau de Toilette's I've had along with Spicebomb and 1 Million. Its one of those scents where when you first spray it on your skin it smells pretty nice but once its settled it smells amazing and you can really pick up on the scents. I'm particularly pleasantly surprised by the staying power of the smell, the previous 2 I've mentioned haven't lasted that long for me personally and generally need re-spraying at least twice a day but 7+ hours later I can still smell this.Special mention to iPefrume as well, I was a bit apprehensive about buying Eau de Toilette's on Amazon (not least due to some of the reviews on this product)

I've been wearing this for almost 20 years now and it's the fragrance I always fall back to and still my fave despite trying many others in recent years. There are few scents for men that have such strong staying power whilst still holding a subtle but distinctive and unmistakable scent that stands out above the rest. I've never had a single person say anything other than how much they love it.Having worn it for as long as I have I can say this is 100% the real deal and a genuine product - despite it's very reasonable price compared to the high-street etc - and would say the authenticity will be dependent on the seller you buy it from.

1 of the very few good prime day deals which I purchased for just over £20. Trust me, it is 100% legit. It comes in the round metal casing which is plastic wrap sealed. It rattled when I took the metal casino out of the box. This is because the top sprayer part of the aftershave is separate.The aftershave bottle has a removable metal ring part at the top, which you have to remove, then place the top sprayer bit onto it (I mention this as some people said in reviews that the spray cap was loose in the packaging. It is meant to be like this).I haven't tried this aftershave for quite a few years but when I opened it and sprayed it, it smelt exactly like I remembered.

Just love the smell of this eau de toilette spray. Very good price after shopping around for this I found Amazon was the cheapest. The delivery however was not so good. It came via GPO. I always ask on orders to be left with neighbour if not in but GPO never try to do this. Parcel was taken to a depot which is hard to get too. When I did go to collect it was told they couldn't find it by a member of staff who didn't try very hard to find it. Was asked to come back another day but after giving the delivery card to another member of staff she found the parcel straight away. Not happy with delivery service but very happy with purchase.

Brilliant scent. One that I place at the very top of my All Time Great EDT list.A scent that make me 2-3 better looking than I really am.Nice, even, beautifully restrained balance of bases and overtones. Flowerlike but masculine that sending that enigmatically dominant muscular message to the deep, basic reptilian part of the brain that processes sensory messages.But WHY in this bottle? A form of container that sends a well, uh uhm shall we say "gender neutral?" message. A message so distinctly wrong that I am embarrassed to take it along on a flight in my carry-on baggage because of the looks I get at the security check.

This is in a lot of peoples top ten's for a reason. Great unusual scent and very long lasting in terms of hours of wear. You won't need to apply much at all to reap its benefits meaning even the 75ml bottle should last a good amount of time. At this price its awesome. Just to second what someone else said. Do not worry if the product is sold and shipped by amazon. It will be genuine. Just be wary if it is being sold by a different seller. In that case I would steer clear. Even though I ordered it just before Christmas it was dispatched and deliver in one day. Brilliant amazon do it again !

Really used to hate this scent. It smelled like laundry detergent, and still does, but my tastes have acquired it recently. I think I get it now. There's a really nice way that it blends with my natural smell and enhances it. It has a mysterious quality that makes you want to keep smelling it. Not quite as strong as it used to be, so one star off for that, but don't let that put you off. It's still got it.Seller wise: VERY happy. Excellent price and it was delivered in about a day and a half! Absolutely no complaints at all. And yes: it's a genuine product.

I wasn't too sure at first after reading some reviews. However, even though it was bottled in 2016 as says on tin-or this is the (c) date?, it still seems to be the real deal. I compared with one of my newer smaller bottles and is just the same smell and not any weaker. I was a bit concerned about this at first, but saying that the smell lasts for days, so not complaining. Besides at Just under 72 bucks can't go wrong at all, especially for 200ml's. Bargain and nice tin with red velvet stand. Will try and add some pics later. Anyway, Great stuff- Thanks!

I was sceptical at first because of the price. It was delivered and arrived safely. The item was packaged well andmy son opened the tin the bottle was intact the information on the base of the tin appeared authentic. When sprayed instantly recognised the smell fresh beautiful fragrance and the scent lasted and was fresh all day. My son isa personal trainer and weight lifter and he was really pleased that the smell lasted. I actually wondered if the last bottle he purchased, from another supplier was in fact a fake as this was much nicer.

took a chance here! never had JPG before, and I know this is a classic one that's been around for ages, so I thought why not - I did, and it's really actually very nice. Different, and tangy and not as strong as I thought it would be, but it's one which smells a bit odd at first, but smells much nicer once established .Wish it was stronger, perhaps I'm not using enough but on the whole, a different but lovely fragrance from JPG. Delivery from third party seller took a while, but the actual product arrived in the end and safely.
