My 4yr old son needed lots of help help to build the Dino bot (but then it is aimed at a slightly older age group). I’m sure it would be well within the abilities of my 7yr old, for example. Still we enjoyed building it together; it comes with good clear step by step instructions and the pieces snap together fairly easily and the finished result is very cute. There is interesting additional information about motors and magnets, to help explain how the bot works. He enjoyed customising it with the stickers once it was made and then loved “feeding” it the leaf to make it jump. However... the function of the robot is very limited - you pull it’s tail and it jumps, you feed it the leaf and it jumps.

My six year old son made this, with a little bit of help from me. The instructions are very clear, and he had no trouble following them. He just needed a bit of help clipping some parts together.I was particularly impressed by the little facts inserted in the instructions which gave a bit of detail about what magnets are. That's a great touch.My son has continued to enjoy playing with his toy fox and is very proud of making it.

My daughter ordered this with her pocket money as she is bunny daft. She is 8 and managed to build this entirely by herself and then decorate it with the stickers. It comes with really good instructions and a great choice of stickers to decorate it when built. Would recommend, she loves it.

Haven`t opened this yet as its a Christmas present, but in the major toy stores you will find build a bot animal but not a fox! Great little find for the youngsters that like to build things and make them come to life!

fantastic product my daughter found it really easy to put together! the bunny will interact with carrot once completed also comes with some stickers which is a nice touch overall would highly recommend 5/5

I bought this for my grandaughters birthday. She was absolutely thrilled with this and could not wait to put it together. Did need a little help from mum fully recommended product

Apart from the instructions being in NOT English and no build certificate as pictured on the box and in the instructions my 7yr old seems happy with it.
