My 4yr old son needed lots of help help to build the Dino bot (but then it is aimed at a slightly older age group). I’m sure it would be well within the abilities of my 7yr old, for example. Still we enjoyed building it together; it comes with good clear step by step instructions and the pieces snap together fairly easily and the finished result is very cute. There is interesting additional information about motors and magnets, to help explain how the bot works. He enjoyed customising it with the stickers once it was made and then loved “feeding” it the leaf to make it jump. However... the function of the robot is very limited - you pull it’s tail and it jumps, you feed it the leaf and it jumps.

My little girl couldn't wait to start when this arrived! She quickly had the box open parts lined up and instructions out, I would say an adult is needed as the instructions could be a little tricky for a child on their own. My little girl loved the fact she got to pick the eyes and decorations for her bunny! Great for children who like to build and know how things work! Fun to be had exploring why the bits fit the way they do and the child getting to build their own toy!

My 10 years old is not into building things and this was a great opportunity for her and me to build the robot together.It had big and clear instruction on most part to help her.However, a clearer instruction would have benefitted while building the second leg.Once it was built, It is a sturdy robot.Her younger siblings who are 2 and 4 years had fun using the bone to make the robot move.A very good product to do together and learn about mechanism and simple building.

My daughter really enjoyed making her bunny. Although some parts were a little fiddly and tricky to click together, she managed to do it all on her own and loved every minute! The instructions were clear and easy to understand and she thought that decorating it with stickers and naming it was a nice touch. The bunny was really cute and she loved making it hop to the carrots, although it would have been nice if it had made some noises or been able to do something else.

My six year old son made this, with a little bit of help from me. The instructions are very clear, and he had no trouble following them. He just needed a bit of help clipping some parts together.I was particularly impressed by the little facts inserted in the instructions which gave a bit of detail about what magnets are. That's a great touch.My son has continued to enjoy playing with his toy fox and is very proud of making it.

My 5 year old loved building this bot. The instructions were easy to follow, but clicking some of the pieces together was quite tricky for younger hands. My son loved being able to personalise the bot with stickers and he thought the hopping bunny was brilliant, especially when it was presented with the carrot. I'm not sure if this is something he will play with for long periods of time, unless we take it apart and rebuild it.

This is a fab little toy for any child that loves to build and make their own toy and see how they work. On making it I did feel I needed and extra arm though. As I had managed to get things into place to click together but on doing so an arm would fall off and you would have to restart the process again. Fab little bunny though although does work best on carpet

My daughter ordered this with her pocket money as she is bunny daft. She is 8 and managed to build this entirely by herself and then decorate it with the stickers. It comes with really good instructions and a great choice of stickers to decorate it when built. Would recommend, she loves it.

I helped my daughter who is 5 to build this bunny bot, or rather she helped me! This is a great toy that can be dismantled and rebuilt, hours of fun and great for children to learn a new skill. My daughter already has her eye on the other characters!

Haven`t opened this yet as its a Christmas present, but in the major toy stores you will find build a bot animal but not a fox! Great little find for the youngsters that like to build things and make them come to life!

fantastic product my daughter found it really easy to put together! the bunny will interact with carrot once completed also comes with some stickers which is a nice touch overall would highly recommend 5/5

Bought this for a 5 year old, she couldn’t build it at all. Once I built it the hind legs will easily pop out so needs fixed a lot. Parts are numbered so easy to know which part is next

I bought this for my grandaughters birthday. She was absolutely thrilled with this and could not wait to put it together. Did need a little help from mum fully recommended product

My 7 y.o loved this and was cheaper than buying from Argos!Was a bit fiddly in some spots so needed some help but it was fun for adults too!

Great present, given to slightly younger than recommend age 20 small parts but she lived it and had great fun doing it together
