My 4th garmin now. My previous one, the forerunner 230, had turned 5 years old and is actually still in good condition. But this 945 really appealed to me because of the extra options and long battery life. Navigating through loading gpx routes is really good. Keeping track of all kinds of health records and monitoring your fitness and fitness is really a very good guideline for evaluating and establishing the training schedule. Hopefully it will also last at least 5 years. The wrist heart rate is good for general fitness, resting heart rate and registration when cycling. But for running it is really a disaster for that. So I still use a wrist heart rate belt for that.

Have already used several Forerunner (920 and 735) and was very satisfied with all of them. This is great from the battery life. The GPS itself works very well. However, the current pace display is no longer as good as that of its predecessors. If I run a lap pace of 5:20 per KM then the pace varies from 4:10 to 6:30. That's not so great. The pulse measurement works perfectly during normal or speed runs. Otherwise, I am completely satisfied with the watch. I don't need all of the additional features. Don't need music or Garmin Pay. The statistics are very nice, but I rely on my feeling. Would buy the watch again

If you like running and you like gadgets this is the watch for you! The freedom of running without a phone is priceless. Music playback quality is superb and the data that it collects is enough for any serious athlete or gadget freak. Not only for running, swimming,skiing,surfing or playing golf!The data gives you motivation to beat yesterday. Brilliant I love it!!?♂️

Bought this for my wife for her ironman training. She absolutely loves it, says it has nearly every sport in it. I love it mainly for the emergency feature as she has asthma. If anything goes wrong she just presses a button and it will text me her location. It even senses if there is a sudden stop and asks her if she is ok and if she doesn't respond it will text me.

The watch is great, it has all the training functions that I wanted, and even more, this is another Garmin product, so far I have not been disappointed with these goods, I recommend everyone, this is a top shelf watch. I also recommend the BIKESTER company, nice friendly and professional service, and of course good prices. Greetings from a regular customer.

Come from a Garmin 235. The wife has a Fenix 5s. Both believe this watch is absolutely fantastic. The only thing I could have missed was the opportunity to call from the clock when needed (over GSM) but I knew that before I bought the watch so it answered the expectations! If you have a training clock with everything, this is the answer. run and buy!

Bought this as a gift so am not actually using it myself . My son was very easily able to set it up and is delighted with the functionality; he’s training for a triathlon.The watch itself is very good looking and smart

In short, absolutely yes ! I replaced my very aged FR305 with this latest model and the options are phenomenal !It even logged my yoga sessions !So well worth the investment
