The price at Argos was competitive and the pack was available from stock immediately, which suited me. The colours are sharp and vibrant. The black is rich too. The detail vs my 3yr old Brother printer is like 'chalk & cheese'. These new smudge free water resistant inks are really superb. With a good quality paper you get excellent graphics. On photo paper, they are fantastic. Don't buy the non-original ones, they're not worth it!
Designed for the larger Epson printers, it's easy enough to load and (theoretically) is the extra capacity (unlike many Epsons there is no lower capacity cartridge in this range). I haven't been through a complete load yet so I can't comment on how many pages it will do, but if it's anything like other Epsons, it's limited electronically rather than by capacity.
Bought as a package with a new printer. Would always use OEM ink as I've found third party ink never gives the best results and will eventually gum up the printer (as happened to my old one when someone else used cheap ink). It also stops an annoying Epson popup window informing you that you're using non-Epson ink and do you really want to do that?
I feel you need the original inks as compatibles do not seem to last and can mess up the printer. Buying from Argos is not the cheapest but not the dearest either. It is just more convenient to be able to log in and see if they have them in stock and can reserve them for collection at a time to suit yourself.
I have bought this set many times now from Argos as they are so reasonably priced and really easy to use.I wouldnt buy these cartridges anywhere else.I look at my Argos app,find and save the product I want and pick it up anytime after in the next few days.The ease of shopping in Argos is fantastic.
The ink arrived quickly. It was just what I needed when my ink was running low. Authentic product so good quality printing results, I don't risk buying cheaper alternatives. It was easy to change the cartridges just follow the instructions from the printer. I will be buying this product again.
