I brought my little bundle of joy home from the hospital last October and for four weeks he ate, slept, pooped and repeat. Then at four weeks he woke up and hasn't slept since. I've tried everything from rocking, singing (not a good singer must admit!) walking outside with my son in the pram, white noise, special bedding etc.Was considering getting a sleep doctor at one point until a week ago I put my son in the cot (awake not asleep! Key rule apparently) and I gave him this comforter. I left the room and waited anxiously as usual on top of the stairs for the theatre production of screams. None came. After five mins I thought maybe baby had escaped the cot.I checked the monitor and there was my son sound asleep with this comforter cuddles to his cheek.

My son has had this tucked in beside him since he was about 3 weeks old. He started to cuddle it later on and now it's a firm necessity. He'll suck and chew it and rub it all over his face and I often peak in on him to find it lying on top of him. He finds it very hard to settle for sleep and bunny helps immeasurably.It's lovely that it's so small because he's had no trouble handling it from a very young age. Only slight trouble is when he chucks it to the other end of the cot and can't find it!It washes well at 30 degrees and I've chucked it in the tumble dryer each time without any problem. I have 3 now, one for nursery, one for use and a spare. Lovely quality comforter.

My daughter had this from birth...she is now five, and it is still her closest little friend. It travels everywhere with her and has been taken home by another child, nearly abandoned in a cafe, shop and park....but it has more than nine lives thankfully! It is soft, very cute and after much abuse, still intact and has taken on a rather shabby but still adorable appearance. The only downside, from our point of view, is that it is rather small (the reason we got it for her when she was a newborn so it wouldn't overwhelm her or smother her)...so we have spent many a frustrated hour or two seeking high and low for this no longer creamy rabbit.

These Doudou et Compagnie comforters are lovely lovely gifts for mothers to be. They are of lovely soft quality that even i want to rub my face one, but not only that, they come in lovely presentation boxes and therefore make a perfect gift. I have bought numerous variations of Doudou comforters for friends and family and everyone is always so impressed. What more, comforters work so well for my baby girl in allowing her to put herself to sleep - that I do verily believe in the effect and use of comforters especially if they are as lovely and soft as the Doudou ones. Only complaint.... not machine washable!!!!

Unfortunately I was unlucky and had to chase my order as although it had been dispatched I hadn't received it just a little glitchI think my newborn grandaughter will soon become attached to it as its realy very soft but washable I order from Amazon on a regular basis and this is the first time I've had a problem concerning delivery but 10 for quick reaction and speedy deliverythe dou dou is just the right size for a young baby my daughter had a item which was her comforter not as posh as this thoughits BRILLIANT

My son was brought this as a gift when he was born; it has become his must have favourite comfort toy. We have brought 4 so far, it is ideal as it is small enough to carry around, washes well in the machine, dries very quickly and you don't worry about them getting smothered when in bed. When he goes to sleep he arranges the blanket end over his eyes and rubs it back and forth, so cute. They have had some wear and tear as you can imagine and still in great condition, highly recommend.

We were delighted with our 'Tiny Doudou' purchased for my baby neice who was born prematurely and weighed 3lbs! My son owns the larger DouDou which has been a favourite since birth so we were going to buy the same for my niece, but actually he would have been far too big! This tiny version was perfect. He is lovely and soft, they go through the washing machine and come out like new! He also came in a lovely little gift box. I'm going to buy another for my friends new baby! xXx

I ordered this bunny as a gift for our yet-to-be-born son. It arrived within a few days (though due to poor packaging and even poorer handling from Home Delivery Network, the giftbox was squashed!) and I was not disappointed. It's the stated 10cm (so don't expect anything huge!), just the right size for teeny tiny newborn hands! The colour is off-white and the little blanket is amazingly soft. I can imagine it becoming a firm favourite for our little fella :-)

I bought this as a gift for a newborn baby and I was very pleased with my choice. It's a lovely item, lovely quality and beautifully presented in it's own fold out box. The rabbit is made from a lovely soft plush fabric and is the perfect size for a new and small baby. The baby won't appreciate the lovely packaging but his parents will do!I've uploaded some photographs of the packaged item so you can see what I mean.All-in-all a highly recommended gift!

Our daughter Sophie, has had this since she was born, and it is her 'must have' comfort blanket. If she is ever upset in any way 'Bun buns' (or 'buz buz' as she calls it as she cannot pronounce it properly) always comes to the rescue.At bed time, or if we ever go out, or away, Bun buns is No.1 priority after our child!!Cannot recommend it highly enough - have bought 2 more as emergency backups, as they need washing regularly as you can imagine.

I ordered this set as a present for the new baby my Daughter is expecting. When the set arrived She was so delighted with it she told me that the cute rabbit will be the first toy in her baby's crib, and it's the ideal size for tiny hands, and the mini blanket "Doudou" will no doubt get well used. Also I am reliably informed that it comes beautifully packaged, so it would make an ideal gift for any new baby and well worth the very reasonable cost.

I ordered this for my best friend, who has just had her first baby very early - this bunny is extremely cute, very soft, and perfect for a baby. I haven't given it to them yet, but am very pleased with it - it looks like a quality gift, beautifully presented too, and although it is a little pricey for the size, it appears to be worth it so I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this to others. I would have loved this when I was little!

I bought this rabbit as a replacement for my son's last one as he uses it to go to sleep as a comforter and I needed an extra inbetween washes. He loves it obviously as he has it every day for nap times but the second one has not lasted as well as the first, the stitching has become loose already within a few days of purchase. Apart from that it is a lovely present for a newborn and the most used present my son has been given.

This is a high quality product with a very natural feel to it. It's a beautiful cream rabbit holding a towelling comforter. The rabbit is simple, very soft and natural with lovely long ears. It's ideally sized for a newborn baby, and could easily become baby's favourite comforter - seeing them through all their early years. I bought it as a present for my newborn nephew and it immediately took a place next to him in his cot.

The item arrived in perfect condition and it was well packed.The teddy is not to small, its a perfect size for those tiny little hands , it's sooooooo soft , it's just so beautiful. I personalised my for a new baby in our family and the new mummy and daddy loved it , they said it was 'absolutely gorgeous'! This really is the cutest teddy I've bought, and the box with the elasticated ribbon is a nice touch too. 5/5 from me.
