I cant even begin to tell you how much I love this toy! Similar products are soooo expensive compared to this one. I bought it for my son's 4th birthday last week. The crane claw goes up and down, back and forth and the arm rotates. There is also an alternative little platform that can be used instead of the claw. It looks striking and is taller than my son which makes it a really bold, lovely toy! If you have a child who is into knocking things over, it wont be suitable as it will fall over with a good push. This doesn't mean it falls over easily as we all know little kids are strong and like things to crash! My sons autistic and hyper all the time and he manages not to push it over so most 3-4 year olds plus will be fine.Theres space for a little figure to sit in the drivers seat (I didn't get a figure with it as the picture suggests) and theres also a little counter balance box the other end of the arm and a platform. Its just a lovely lovely toy and my son adores it. If you have like JCB digger toys or a duplo farm set or similar you can do some lovely play. Im rather delighted with it and Ive already convinced a mum friend to get it for her son's 4th in a few months! :)

I saw this on sale elsewhere and deliberated, after reading the bad reviews if I should spend more on a much more expensive but generally well made alternative. I figured I would gamble on this one and its a gamble thats paid off. It was easy and quick to build, its fully functional (the crane rotates, the claw goes up and down and back and forth). My sons octonauts figurines and playmobil figurines are the right size for it, and its pretty awesome for a kids toy. I'm happy with the construction and expect to get at least a couple of years use out of it. Son is, of course, delighted with it. Probably best suited to children who are old enough to take care of things (not run around knockingeverything over types).

I wanted to get a crane as a christmas presentband looked at reviews for quite a few, picking this one and was delighted with it. Excellent toy, great value for money. Really stable when put together. We found that a couple of large batteries worked well as the counterweight required. Also we made a demolition ball for it (small bouncing ball with a curtain hook screwed into it ) - that and a jenga tower have been really well received! We also bought a pack of willow sticks (that are for rabbits) as these are the right scale to be 'logs'

My boy is three tomorrow and I have just built the crane, its good quality, sturdy and almost the size of me at 5"2 hee hee.I can't wait to see his face tomorrow, I,ve had loads of fun, its built just like a real crane with a compartment to hold heavy stuff in to compensate the load, a claw and a carrier thing, get your cheap batteries in advanced and buy a little man to sit in the crane and your sorted. It was simple to build too, xxx

My 4 year old son asked for a crane for Christmas and I really struggled to find one until I found this. I wasn't sure what is was going to be like based on other reviews but it brilliant. My son loves it too!! I would definitely recommend it. The only thing it doesn't do is remotely open up the grabber but it seem to bother by son. Excellent product. Thanks

My son loves this crane... but it's the second one we've had, as the first one just stopped winching up and down (after only a few weeks). It's almost as tall as he is, and finding somewhere to keep it may be a challenge - but all the boys in the house (that's me and my son!) love playing with this.

Great product, but arrived missing 4 tiny pieces (those that attach the grapple claw).. Asking for those missing pieces, company skipped a whole new product.( ̄■ ̄;)!?So.... Yeah. Not sure how to feel about that exactly.Appreciate it, buuuuuut, hmm... Wasteful?

Our 4 year old loves this, it's made of plastic but big and pretty sturdy still! You will need something to weigh it down. We used lots of copper coins and it worked fine. Pretty easy to put together and hours of fun had.

WOW! Amazing toy! I've bought this for my 5 years old son for Christmas and he loves it. In fact I love it too. I was playing with it myself too. It is big enough strong enough and very stable enough! Quality toy

This was a massive hit with my almost 3 year old son last Christmas. Everyone who came to our house ended up playing with it. It's not very strong though. It's lasted until this month when the arm broke in half.

Sturdy toy, well made, easy to assemble and works perfectly. Also like to comment on how quickly it was despatched and delivered, especially so as I live in the North of Scotland.

Took a few mins to put together, very easy without even using the instructions. My 4 year old loves it. He and his friends haven't stopped playing with it for the last week!
